Christine (1983) KILL COUNT

Comments

Nathan Anderson

YES!!! One of my favorite John Carpenter films and Stephen King adaptations!

Matt Parsons

YEEEEEESSSSSS!!!!!!!! Finally! I love this movie!

Matt Parsons

Have you read the book? I’ve heard it’s not as good as the movie and kind long winded and boring, like the Jurassic Park book, do you know if that’s true?

Nathan Anderson

It's been awhile since I read it but I remember the biggest difference was the car is possessed by the spirit of her previous owner and starts trying to possess Arnie, whereas in the movie the car was alive as soon as she rolled off the assembly line. Personally, I prefer the movie version. Other than that, the movie is pretty faithful to the novel.

Jasper

I kid you not, I just finished my spartan ultra virtual race and I listened to you and Chelsea do the pod cast the entire time. Thank you for the hard work and editing you guys put into your craft.

Morris King

Thank you for so many kill counts, James! Especially for Christine, just love this movie.

Taylor B

So good!! That Tenacious D reference killed me!

Donnie Cameron

I get to watch this when I get off work. I’m hoping James memes the car crushing the dude part lol

Matt Parsons

Am I the only one that’s at least a little disappointed that Christine didn’t go on the kill count? I mean, yes, she’s a car but.... it’s Christine man....

Eric Thornhill

I LOVE Maximum Overdrive! That little tease made me very happy.

EJ Moreno

10th?! Wow, you really came back hard. Did you find yourself with new energy when you returned to making these?

Baby Gzu5

One of my all time favorite horror movies

Alex Dunkley

That or he’s stuck at home because of quarantine and has more time on his hands haha

Richard Marlowe

James, thanks for all the hard work in giving us so many Kill Counts this month!

Lisa Robinson
