Ariel Hall

the bit about the Blair Witch having a fake doctor shack, and having them wait in the corner is the perfect Scary Movie/live action Scooby Doo-esque sketch.

Nathan Scritchlow

Nothing better than smoking a joint on a rainy evening and chilling on the couch watching a movie with a Dead Meat commentary track.

Jimmie Maghes

This was certainly a movie that existed.

Alex Dunkley

AHHHH!!! I wasn’t ready, I just finished Doctor Strange!

Cecilia

It’s my friend, Famous actor James Allen McCune’s, movie! Can’t wait to listen

Drew Nischke

This was actually the first horror movie AND first R rated movie i saw in theaters (yes I'm young). i remember working at a theater and passing out the promotional pins to everyone with a ticket. good times!

John Carr

First grade or kindergarten I remember a "time out" corner in the classroom, not at home though. And yes I'd love to hear "Planet of the Vampires" (I can't begin to imagine what the Aquaman connection will be, lol)

Cecilia

Ooh. The pins sound cool!

Dylan Williams

Ok, this was weird, I thought you had already done this movie and was like "Yeah, they commented on how newer found footages feel the need to have the useless drone shot scene". You must have just said it about another movie, but it was creepy when you said it just where I "remembered" you doing it.

Race Brannon

God damn I remember hating the cameraman cuz he's so jerky, but the acting was very good!! Gave me more questions than I had!

Alex Dunkley

Hi, haven't listened to this track yet but is it possible Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin that you're thinking about? I just know they talked about the drone shot in that.

Alex Dunkley

hey... yep this is definitely... a movie... thank you for getting me through it! Hopefully we get The Boy 2 next, (I tweeted y'all when it went on Netflix!) And to answer the question, I did in fact have to sit in a corner growing up, but I def didn't have a the luxury corner with the door stopper:P Thank you for another track!

Ariana Padilla

This was perfect timing because I actually just watched The Blair Witch Project for the first time. Cool thing I learned about this movie after watching, is that they hid the map from the first one on the ground. Apparently the filmmakers gave $400 to the first person to find the map 😂 I liked the weird time loop thing they did with the inciting video though

Dead Meat

"luxury corner with the door stopper" nearly made me spit out my coffee haha

Cecilia

Kind of bummed me out that y’all missed the disembodied hand in the drone tree.

GuildmasterVen

Omg this is perfect, I just showed a group of friends the original for a Discord movie night! Gonna watch this tonight or tomorrow depending on plans since it’s already midnight 😄

Austin Arminio

I thought it was just fine until the last part in the house, then it got genuinely terrifying

GuildmasterVen

Also just noticed The Boy 2 is on Netflix so time to invite Beth back 😄 (Not just saying that cuz I’m a dndnd, fresh play, and practical folks fan hahah)

Tyler Moore

Obviously you guys should continue doing what makes you happy on here, but personally I much prefer these more popular releases like doctor strange and blair witch for commentary tracks. I was a patron a while ago just to see the kind of content you guys put on here, but I unfortunately decided there wasn't enough that piqued my personal interest to keep paying for it. The doctor strange commentary was enough to make me pay for at least just access to that, and now I'm excited to see this as well. I would probably be much more inclined to stay as a patron if there were more popular releases for the commentary tracks. But again, please just continue doing what you guys enjoy doing. Just giving my personal feedback!

GuildmasterVen

Omg finished the commentary and heck yes I didn’t even need to suggest! Also yes James I did have to face a corner as a kid

Charlie P

There was a prime “Bee Roll” joke in there somewhere…

Look, obviously the original Blair Witch Project is one of a kind, but this is a clever, fun, creative follow-up and I will never understand the hate for it. Glad to hear James and Chelsea having a pretty good time with it

Conor Stephenson

Planet of the Vampires eventually, one for them one for yall

Steel Rhodes

Fun facts about this In the house you can find the original camera used in the first Blair Witch The creature is confirmed to not be the witch You can actually find the map from the Blair Witch hidden in the house The glitches actually hold images in them
