Dead Meat

You the audience can also watch the movie yourself, though. Not sure how that's different.

Thank you James! sorry that life's been such a bag of dicks to you and chelsea. hope things will get better soon <3

Jason Pendergast

Awesome movie I haven't hear of before. One question did Dylan Rigg's ailing wife die off screen of her illness? If so, wouldn't she be on the count as well? (You mention he said he lost his son and wife so I assume she died.)

Thank you for EVERY kill count! Recounts are some of my absolute favorites. Not only because we get to learn so much more about the movies the second time, but because we learn so much more about Dead Meat as a whole, and how James' opinions change over time specifically! It really shows how personal horror is and how movies are so up for interpretation. Can't wait for my personal favorite Scream sequel- Scre4m!! Always thinking of you and your family James and I hope you're doing okay! 💙💙💙

I just wanted to say I really appreciate this nascent policy of informing Patrons whether there's an explicit version or not. Thanks a bunch!

"Thank you for doing something so simple since I'm so inconsiderate of all of your hard work that went into the Recounts!" Also, if you are so proud of the fact that you can look up behind-the-scenes info by yourself, then why are you watching a show that goes into how movies are made?

*SIGH* Alright, two things: 1. I’m VERY sorry about my behavior. 2. Let me try to rephrase my complaint: I NEVER said I HATED recounts, I never even said I DID NOT LIKE recounts. I just said I’m not a fan of them. But what I REALLY hate about them is when there isn’t any all-new BONUS Kill Counts in-between each recount. Back in August last year, James planned to cover the Child’s Play/Chucky recounts on Sundays as bonuses, but due to constant copyright issues (which makes no sense since none of the ORIGINAL Kill Counts had copyright issues from what I’m aware of), he ended up giving us only 4 original Kill Counts throughout the recount saga (Dude Bro 3 doesn’t count because it was Zoran’s Kill Count, NOT James). At least Night of the Living Dead was just ONE movie of George Romero (RIP)’s Dead movies being recounted. AND at least the Friday recounts had at least 8 originals (although I DO wish it had been at least 10).

Don't you love when people follow "apologies" with complaints?

Trevor Collins

excellent work as always -- these one-off dips into obscurity always wind up becoming my most frequent rewatches, happy to add another to the canon

Please stop. We get it. You're not a fan. You don't need a paragraph telling us. Please just move on
