Pirates won our last theme poll, but this has left us wondering what type of weaponry the majority of our patrons are expecting them to wield. Pirates are traditionally known for their use of black powder weaponry, but some D&D settings don't have such weapons. Let us know which types of weapons you prefer so we know what to prioritize.

Both would be great, could put alternate weapons in the stats so we could choose either as we needed.

Depending on how you go about it, you could do like a dark elf pirate fleet that uses crossbows primarily instead of black powder
