August Schedule: Plundering Pirates (Patreon)

Hi everyone! This month, we're taking on a new theme and focusing on pirate NPCs. These NPC stat blocks will give you the tools to make pirate crews with varied and complementary abilities, from swashbuckling swordsmen and cutthroats to sea shanty bards and pistols. We're also reworking some of our previously released content relating to harpoons and rope mechanics, along with our harpoon and net-wielding ranger, the sea dog.

Our bonus content will continue the previous month's savanna theme, as there was no way we could leave the theme behind without covering lions.

Extra Patron Content!

Like last month, we plan to provide our patrons with more exclusive bonus creatures relating to the theme of the month. So, this month, our patrons can expect to get a sheet of new pirate-themed creatures, including magic-wielding pirates, gunpowder elemental monkies, and parrot griffons!

Stay tuned for September when an orcish warband rampages onto the scene! We were planning on releasing our grasslands druid in August, but it ended up being such a jam-packed month we're pushing it out to September when we'll be releasing it along with a new collection of nature spells.
