Encounter: Dockside Skirmish (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Today, we're sharing our first pirate encounter. This one can be used in one of two scenarios: either the players are attempting to steal a ship being guarded by pirates, or they arrive on the ship at a dock held by the pirates. In either case, they'll have to contend with harpoon-wielding sailors and sharpshooters!
