Vizzik Skour, Prophet of the Horned Rat - Verminous Demon Herald of Apocalyptic Madness (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Today, we're sharing another demonic rat lord. Vizzik's mere presence tears apart reality and induces frenzied hysteria in all who see him. Reality is torn apart as murderous ratfolk spill into the world to revel in the mayhem, while Vizzik smites down all who resist with his unholy staff.

Needless to say, Vizzik is the sort of foe only higher-level players will be up to face, and with the optional upgrade you can give him, you can turn him into a nemesis worthy of being an end-of-campaign boss. Have fun unleashing his reality warping insanity on your players!
