Guysss please accept my sincere apologies for the lateness of Deadpool and Wolverine. I was under the weather AGAIN this past weekend. It is FIRST on my list this week👍 I feel like I want to bring my A game and lots of energy for this one so I appreciate your patience ♡♡ Really looking forward to it!Also checking out more Sein and Trek, Scrooged (winner of the Christmas movie poll), Bruce Almighty (cause I want to see another Jim Carrey comedy) and Live Free or Die Hard (Bruce Willis standing in front of explosions - yes please!)! I dunno about you guys but we got a crap ton of snow overnight and it's been going all day! Gotta love a good old fashioned Canadian Snow Squall Warning! Makes me want to stay in with a cup of hot cocoa! What's your fav cold weather treat?

Again, thank you so much for your patience the last little while as I've been a bit more under the weather than usual this season.

You guys are the absolute BEST! I enjoy hanging out with you every week so much and I always look forward to sitting down to watch something together ♡♡ THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE ♡♡

Hope everyone has a great week! ♡♡♡

xoxo

Jen ♡

Yo, this week is PACKED! Hope you're feeling so much better, Jen.

Arthur 'Two Sheds' Jackson

Oh wow, amazing week!!! I love Live Free or Die Hard!! Scrooged is a classic and Bruce Almighty!! Of course THE BUBBLE BOY and TNG! 😆😆

Yann Laliberte

Those are great Seinfeld episodes. It's gonna be funny

Ian

Holy moly what an unbelievable stacked week , every one is going to be just frigging awesome , wow Jen you are just incredible cheers for all the work you have put into this 🔥💙

Geoff S.

No problem hope you feel better. What is the vegetarian version of a get well food like chicken soup? You should have a lot of whatever that is!

streaky

Live Free or Die Hard underrated. A little cheesy in parts maybe (then again what Die Hard movie isn't?), but underrated.

Bret Kay

Hope you're feeling better, Jen!

nick bell

The bubble boy. I'm so excited

Shannon Johnson

The Bubble Boy. An absolute classic episode. Season 4 of Seinfeld is where story arcs started to develop. Jokes get set up in one episode and don't pay off for a few episodes sometimes. It rewarded you for paying attention.

Jon Johns

So, I live in NE Ohio, and there was some NASTY lake-effect snow all the way along Lake Erie! But I am 20 minutes south of it all. A few flakes, but nothing else, just cold air. My pref for cold weather food are crock pot meals: chili with cornbread, beef Stew, chicken & dumplings, etc. hope you feel better soon!

Clay F

The Bubble Boy is a hilarious episode. Classic. I like A Fistful of Datas. Rascals is interesting. I have not seen Live Free or Die Hard. Will do a first watch with your reaction. Looking forward to Deadpool & Wolverine, which I have not seen. Been waiting for the stream price to drop, which it has. Plus, now streaming for free for me on Disney+ because I am a subscriber.

Given the developments you mentioned, I encourage you to wait on D&W until they pay you to watch it! :-P :-)

Here's wishing you manage to get above the weather, Jen!

Jason Scade

I hope you're feeling better very soon. 🙏💜 Get stocked up on very high quality vits and supps (no fillers, etc.). What an unbelievably awesome week! 🤩 Santa Claus is real! And his name is Jen Murray! 🎅 Die Hard 4.0 kicks ass. Scrooged and B.A. are hugely enjoyable. I've not seen Deadpool & Wolverine yet, was keeping it for here. Jengage! I like Bailey's hot choc when it's snowy.

Randy Aiken

Jen, just be glad you are not in the Muskoka's, 2 feet of snow!

Julian San

The Rascals episode of TNG was always a fun one to watch.

Ronny Boss

I've been craving hot coca for a week now. Do you take yours with marshmallows or without?

DrJonasVenture

Bubble Boy/Cheever Letters might be the best 2 episode run so far

William

I hope you're feeling better soon, Jen. 🥰 Stay home and keep warm until then. My fav cold weather treat is Swiss Miss dark chocolate cocoa. It has too much sugar, of course, but it tastes so good on a cold, wintry day! 😋👍❤️ And something more medicinal for being under the weather is a hot bowl of chicken noodle soup. 🍲😊 You can't go wrong with that. 🤗

NYG316

Get better soon! Some great movies upcoming. One can NEVER go wrong with hot chocolate. Ever. 😁

Dave K

Stay warm and hydrated. Looking forward to your return whenever you are able. All the best!

Joe Blankenship

Yeah, the sudden shift from nice and warm to bitter cold has got me feeling a bit below the weather too.

Cody Cameron

Worth the wait, Jen. Beside that this going be a great week on Patreon love all the movies you have planned. Plus the TNG for this week is two favorites so that will be epic. Hope you feel better soon but don't push yourself for our sake

Tim

Life happens, I'm just glad that Admiral Jen is feeling better. As for your question as for my favorite cold weather drink, Hot buttered rum.

Erik Lundmark

Glad to hear you're feeling better :-) Jealous of snow, here we hardly get anything anymore (southern Sweden), atleast until January, maybe 30 cm every five years. I'd much rather have 6 - 7 feet of snow and -25c by now, all winter long, than this depressing grayness. The cold when it's -1c and raining is waay worse. But then I'd have to move north.

David Murray

I'm just here for the Seinfeld at this point.

Andrew Hafey

Once you're feeling better, if you're snowed in, maybe do a live with us? :)

Mastervodo

Never have to apologize for taking care of yourself Jen.

Fjalky

As a kid of the 80`s Scrooged is one of my all time favourite christmas movies. Hope you will like it.

Witchfinder General

Vitamins I take for immunity and general health during the winter months: Daily: Vitamin D3 + K2 + Magnesium Citrate As required: Vitamin C + Zinc Picolinate

Amarant Coral

I like Wassail or cinnamon-y hot cider drinks. Feel better!

Gábor Árki

Could you send some of that snow over here? 😃 Here we haven't had a proper winter for at least 15 years now. When I was a kid in the 80s, 90s, the snow sometimes didn't melt for weeks or months and there were times when we had even 40-50 cm falling in a few days. Nowadays it is quite rare to even snow, it usually happens only few times a year. And even then it melts within a few days. I can't even remember the last time we had a white Christmas. It is now usually 10-15°C around that time of the year.

I've tried to watch it a couple of times but cannot get past 25 minutes because it's so dumb, and Len Wiseman is a pure hack

Ian Hunter (NewbieInOttawa)

Get well soon Jen! Never fun being sick, especially on weekends :( This late fall/winter season is already kickin' my sorry arse, hoping my new vitamin regimen and vaccine boosters kick in soon and have the desired effect. Who would hurt the bubble boy!?!?!? And the Cheever letters....I've heard some of his stuff..... Classic Seinfeld!
