This week we've got the usual of course - a couple Seins and a couple Treks! As well I feel like watching something with Paul Newman in it and this one looks - dare I say... Cool! Also gonna check out Twins with Arnie and DeVito which I think will be a total blast!

Went to my fav big greenhouse over the weekend and seeing all the lovely flowers and smelling the herbs was awesome! It's a wee bit early for planting cause we still occasionally have frost warnings overnight but soooooon it's veggie planting time! 🌞🌞

I love asking people in conversation what kinda YouTube channels they watch and rabbit holes they go down. There are SO MANY categories and types of videos out there and little niches - there's something for everyone and it seems nearly everyone I know has some unique little genre they watch. A friend of mine loves quilting videos, another loves watching documentaries on airplane crashes, another golf bloopers, another road trip videos, and one guy I know simply said he likes watching "steak videos" πŸ˜† Besides reactions, what do you guys like watching?

Thank you for being here and being awesome!!

Hope everyone has a great week! β™‘β™‘β™‘

xoxo

Check out my pinned post ALL CONTENT, with everything listed alphabetically! It's always pinned at the top of my page with links to schedule, polls + request site! Also check out Collections tab to see things sorted by genre, decade and series!*Regarding Email Notifications: I know it can be annoying to be emailed every single time I post something. You can change your email notifications on the left hand panel in 'Settings' under 'Email Notifications' (desktop)*Regarding Name in Credits: If you're on a credits tier it can take up to a week to see your name in the credits (though usually within a few days). This is because I sometimes work ahead to get videos ready to post before they go live. If you do not see your name after 1 week please message me and I will make sure to add it. Credits will be listed as your name shows on Patreon. If you don't want your name in credits please message me and I'll remove you from list.*Spoilers: PLEASE no spoilers in comments or in direct messages to me. No "hints" or trying to lead me in the right direction or asking if I want to know something. The point of these reactions is for me to discover things as I go and to be surprised. Thank you, I appreciate it!*Replies to Messages/Comments: Across all platforms I now get hundreds of comments and messages every single day. I do my best to return messages but please do not be offended if I do not reply or if replies take a while. Many larger channels hire people to help them answer messages or reply to comments. I read all comments and messages myself, even if I don't have time to reply. If you leave a comment or message please know I received it and I appreciate it.

*Apple Users: Apple has now added an additional charge for Patreon (ugh). This extra charge ONLY applies if you subscribe to a creator on an apple device. Make sure that if you're signing up for myself or another creator's Patreon that you use a different device other than Apple so you don't get charged extra! You can still access content on Apple device after signing up on different device.Have you checked out my MOVIE REQUEST SITE ?

Every Patron can submit movie requests there and have unlimited upvotes. I use this site to make schedule decisions and polls so make sure you go upvote what you want to see!

You have picked an outstanding movie in Cool Hand Luke. I really look forward to your reaction.

John Armbruster

Jenn, your selections are just knocking it out of the park lately

Jason Scade

Cool Hand Luke, superb! β™₯ I'll get the eggs on.

JoeDaGamingNoob

Gaming channels, ships/oceanliners, history, and cooking are my go-tos. Biffa Plays Indie Games, Wasteland Dovahkiin, and Guns, Nerds, and Steel. Oceanliners Designs, Drachinifel, and Battleship New Jersey. History Hit and the Metatron. Buon-a-Petitti, PastaGrammar, Townsend's, Tasting History with Max Miller, and GugaFoods.

Marc Peterson

Cool Hand has Lalo Schifrin score, early George Kennedy (later Frank Drebens sidekick) and some of the greatest lines and scenes in cinema history!

Geoff S.

Cool Hand Luke is a classic! I like watching yacht/boat tours and reviews, animal stuff like Caitlin and Tip Toe the tortoise, wine reviews, the odd prank video and some music review channels.

Lemurian Jones

What else do I watch? Gardening vids, Timelapse painting vids, instructional vids on jazz guitar comping (still a complete mystery to me), and linguistics and conlang vids. Linguistics is a big rabbit hole for me. If I had a time machine, the first thing I'd want to do is hear the first meaningful utterance by a human being. I also get caught down lost continent/ancient aliens/lost civilization rabbit holes. Lately, I've been watching a series from a channel called Artifexian where he's building a world from scratch; starting from the star it orbits, modeling the tectonic plates, how the climate would work etc.

Patrick

I think my favourite YouTube series might be Common Thread XP. I like motorbikes and a lot of US YouTube channels in that sphere are a bit too 'murica for me but those guys are really chill and do nice road trip videos on motorbikes.

Geordie Joe

Gaming and music videos are my main time sinkholes on YouTube. I watch the vast majority of reactions videos through Patreon now. I'm subscribed to you, Target Audience and Sesskasays. All are currently doing Star Trek reactions, so it's perfect for me as a big Trekkie. Can't get enough Trek reactions. Do you ever watch other reactors' videos, Jen?

Lee R.

Awesome, I forgot about the eggs lol

Ian

Brilliant line up once again Jen πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ I love watching forging videos and resin videos it's amazing how many beautiful things can be made for example grouping coloured pencils together setting them in resin then lathing them into a vase , a bowl etc just brilliant πŸ”₯, went down a rabbit hole of watching this couple playing mini golf courses for ages , they are still going πŸ™‚ but my favourite would have to be this lady with glasses and a ponytail who reacts to movies she's pretty awesome πŸ˜€

nick bell

Great lineup. Cool Hand Luke is a favorite of mine. Twins is another. And more Sein!

SnakeandNape

Love Max Miller and Guga. If you haven't already check out Cowboy Kent.

JoeDaGamingNoob

I am subscribed to Cowboy Kent, too, but I tried to limit myself to a few in each category.

Rob Nichols

Another great lineup this week. Other channels I watch are mostly to satisfy the maker in me, like wood workers and model builders. Lou Dalmaso is a sci-fi model building channel, I've met Lou a couple times and even visited him at his home in North Carolina where I saw his massive model collection first hand, a very cool guy and a gracious host. I used to struggle with making biscuits until I found Our Forever Farm where I learned a two ingredient recipe that makes biscuits stupid easy. I still can't get sausage gravy right though. I drive an '89 Thunderbird and I'm always looking for pointers on keeping it running. Not much Tbird content but a few Mustang channels provide some useful tips, like BREW2L and Foxcast Media. Red Letter Media's Best Of The Worst series is the greatest thing on YT, or was up until three years ago when I discovered a certain bespectacled Canuck that likes to watch movies and is about to bust the frig out of 100k!

Anthony Hernandez

I like videos on guinea pigs, and videos on non-duality, and Native American flute videos, and of course Star Trek reaction channels

Georgius Agricola

Luke: I wish you'd stop being so good to me... Cap'n: What we've got here is failure to communicate... From 'Cheers': what is the sweatiest movie ever made? Cool Hand Luke!

zynjams

I like Viet Nam fishing videos. the lady fishermen using fishing techniques handed down 2000 years. and then they bring their fresh catch to the market where the lady fishermen are swarmed over by the costumers for their delicious fish

zynjams

the dig that hole scene, I've worked for bosses like that.

Preaching to the Horse's Mouth

Interface is fine. Good, even. But let's be honest here, the Trekkies are all here for the continuation of the DS9 season opener and it doesn't disappoint.

John DiGiantomasso

I find beaver dam removal and Asian street food cooking to be fascinating.

John DiGiantomasso

Check out Unauthorized History of the Pacific War Podcast. I am a deep naval history/battleship guy and I have learned SO MUCH from those guys. Not just the same old stuff.

Kristen

Tasting History with Max Miller, Vintage Dusties where she restores vintage nail polishes (I don’t even paint my nails lol). And Alec Master Builder (LEGO) so wholesome and adorable

mikethemotormouth

Other than movie reactions, I'm also heavy into music reactions, namely Trash Talkers and Andy & Alex. I'll also watch a few Let'sPlayers and vtubers.

Andrew Hafey

I've been regularly watching Good Mythical Morning for 10 years, as well as several aviation channels like 74 Gear and VASAviation (I'm retired US Air Force.) Was a massive fan of Demolition Ranch but Matt just retired from Youtube, so I'm forced to watch his older videos.

Andrew Hafey

I find music reactions interesting, but I hate how almost everyone pauses it like every 20 seconds. It's annoying, even though I understand why they have to. :(

mikethemotormouth

Which is why I watch those channels primarily. They may talk over the music but only sparingly and only Trash Talkers might pause on occasion again very sparingly. Trash Talkers entertains the widest berth of styles and genres I've seen and I also appreciate how much consideration they put into lyrical content. Andy and Alex have more of a critics viewpoint and technical ear while focusing mostly on classic rock, R&B, soul, etc.

echo tamar

I'm very into watching EAS Scenarios. It's a genre of horror/sci-fi that uses the Emergency Alert System as a storytelling device. You have to dig through to sort out the bad ones, but the good ones are very good.

Glenn Galloway

Lots of woodworking, tool restoration, historical cooking, and permaculture videos. I also watch episodes of the original MST3K, the grandpa of all reactors.
