If you want to know more about the 1919 White Sox scandal where they were dubbed the Black Sox, watch the movie "8 men out"

Tears... everytime I watch that movie! Can't wait to comment on your edited version. Thank you for your great reaction videos! Love your stuff! This movie was very near and dear to me and my father. HIS dad, my grandfather, played professional baseball for the Cincinatti Reds back in the 1930s. I never met him, but was alwars pressured into playing baseball even though I didn't love it in my teens. But what I wouldn't give to be able to play catch with my dad today.... just one more time.... since his death in 2013. This movie makes me think of my dad and my grandpa, and the views of Iowa skies and corn are so very similar to my South Dakota panoramic views. Thanks!

This darn movie makes me tear up every time

Oh, I can't wait for your reaction at the end of this one.

The film on the TV was "Harvey", which is worth seeing in its own right.

There is a movie about the Chicago White Sox and them possibly throwing the 1919 World Series. It is called Eight Men Out.
