I'll watch them all eventually! ☺

Kenneth

I would suggest "Best In Show" (2000) A spoof on American Dog Shows written by Christopher Guest (American Screenwriter and Actor & Eugene Levy (Canadian Screenwriter and Actor- Original cast member of SCTV, a Canadian Sketch Comedy Television Show). "Planes, Trains & Automobiles"(1987) Steve Martin & John Candy. "Uncle Buck"(1989) John Candy. "Trading Places" (1983) Dan Aykroyd & Eddie Murphy.

Oh yes I would definitely like to see those, especially Planes, Trains & Automobiles and Trading Places! I did see Best in Show many years ago (probably because there are lots of dogs in it lol!) but I would love to see again. Are there other Christopher Guest movies you'd recommend? I've always wanted to see This is Spinal Tap!

Kenneth

The beauty of "This is Spinal Tap" (1984) (directed by Rob Reiner) and Best in Show (2000) (directed by Christopher Guest) was that most of the dialogue in these films was improvised. Another excellent film Chrstopher Guest acted in was "The Princess Bride" (1987) (directed by Rob Reiner) --- Side Note- Robin Wright was both in "The Princess Bride" (Princess Buttercup) and "Forrest Gump" (1994) (Jenny) among many other films.

If you enjoy the work of writer, director George Lucas -"Star Wars", (1977) staring Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher & "Indiana Jones" (1981) starring Harrison Ford & Karen Allen you may also wish to check out " American Graffiti" (1973) by George Lucas (An important film for young actors Harrison Ford, Ron Howard and Richard Dreyfuss.) The movie "Witness" (1985) by director Peter Weir, starring Harrison Ford & Kelly McGillis film, a drama, is also excellent,

I definitely want to see American Graffiti! I did have Witness in a recent poll but will include it again in another poll soon! 👍

The Princess Bride, seconded! Please watch that ASAP; I don't want to oversell it, but it's the perfect movie.
