would a fluorescent paint be viable to use for the sword glow?

The right shoulder pad has a large cavity underneath it. Can this please be fixed? At least the left shoulder is seperate so there are no issues but this looks like it was lain down on top of the shoulder with the gap trapped in there. The sculpt is amazing and I am just eager to prepare it for print.
