Everything important about your 3DMoonn membership is gathered here.

You don't need to read the entire guide before getting started — use it whenever you need information about your downloads, rewards, Loyalty, voting, older releases or membership access.

📦 Getting Your Models

All models currently available through your membership are organized in the monthly download post.

Inside, you'll find separate access buttons for:

BASIC • MEDIUM • ULTIMATE • MERCHANT

Always use the section that matches your current active tier.

The monthly post is updated as new projects are released, so you don't need to search through older Patreon posts looking for download links.

⭐ Your Membership Access

3DMoonn has four membership levels, and each one unlocks a different amount of content.

BASIC

The main Standard versions of the monthly releases.

MEDIUM

Includes the Standard releases plus additional content and alternate versions available at this level + voting privilege

ULTIMATE

Unlocks the broader project package, including additional variations, extras, Bust versions when available, and Character suggestion (1 per member) + voting privilege

MERCHANT

Includes the Ultimate rewards plus permission to commercially sell physical prints under the 3DMoonn Merchant terms.

Your active tier determines which files you can access.

🎁 Welcome Pack

Joining 3DMoonn also gives you access to the current Welcome Pack

It's a selection of previous projects available alongside the current month's content.

You can find it in the same place as your monthly downloads:

The Welcome Pack may change over time, so the monthly post should always be considered the current version.

💎 Staying Longer = Extra Rewards

Members who continue supporting 3DMoonn can unlock Loyalty Rewards in addition to the regular monthly releases.

3 Months

When you complete 3 consecutive months, check your membership time and send me a Patreon DM to claim your reward.

It isn't something you need to request every month — only when you reach the required milestone.

6 Months

At 6 consecutive months, you can select 10 eligible previous projects.

I will create a discount code on Gumroad for the selected Standard versions.

After another qualifying six-month period, this reward can be earned again.

🗳️ Choosing Future Characters

Some membership levels can participate directly in deciding future 3DMoonn projects.

Suggestions and voting are organized through dedicated posts and community rounds.

Community support matters beyond a single poll too. Characters that continue receiving strong interest can return in future selections, and recurring popular suggestions may eventually receive additional priority.

🛒 Looking for an Older Model?

A Patreon membership focuses on the current rewards and does not automatically unlock the complete 3DMoonn archive.

Previous models can be purchased separately through the official 3DMoonn stores.

Active members may also receive store discounts according to their membership benefits.

🖨️ Files & Printing

3DMoonn models are primarily designed for resin printing, usually around 1/6 scale.

The Standard releases include pre-supported files, Additional versions and bonus parts do not have pre-supported

Models are separated with printing, painting and assembly in mind, but remember that results can vary depending on your printer, resin and settings.

If something goes wrong with a print, send me a photo along with the model/part name, printer, resin and basic print settings. That gives me much more information to work with than a photo alone.

If you believe the STL itself has a problem, let me know and I'll check the file.

🔧 Something Isn't Showing Up?

Before assuming your membership access is missing, try refreshing the Patreon page a few times.

Patreon's Members Area can occasionally fail to display membership content correctly, and refreshing the page may make it appear again.

Also make sure you're logged into the Patreon account that actually holds the membership.

If the problem continues, send me a message with a screenshot and your current tier.

💬 Discord Access

If your Patreon membership includes Discord access but the channels aren't appearing, check whether your Patreon and Discord accounts are properly connected.

Disconnecting and reconnecting the integration can also solve synchronization problems.

Remember to use the same Discord account you intend to use in the 3DMoonn server.

🏪 Merchant Members

Merchant membership allows the sale of physical prints according to the active 3DMoonn commercial license.

The digital files themselves remain for your personal use and cannot be:

redistributed, shared, resold, uploaded or included in another digital package.

If you're ever unsure whether a specific use is permitted, message me before listing the product.

💳 Patreon Billing

Payments and membership renewals are processed by Patreon.

I can help check situations related to your 3DMoonn access, but I don't control Patreon's payment processing, card authorization or billing system.

For an incorrect charge or another billing-related issue, send me the details first if it involves your membership access. If the problem comes directly from Patreon's payment system, Patreon Support may need to handle it.

🌙 About Support

3DMoonn is a one-person studio.

Everything you see here — sculpting, cuts, supports, renders, file preparation, releases, posts and member support — is handled by me personally.

Because answering messages can take a significant amount of time away from the production of new models, I organize support into dedicated response days, usually every 5 days.

So if you send me a message and don't receive an immediate reply, don't worry — I haven't forgotten about you. ❤️ I'll go through the pending Patreon messages on my next support day.

For anything related to your membership, downloads or files, Patreon Direct Messages are the best way to contact me, since it allows me to keep everything organized and check your membership information when necessary.

When reporting a problem, please include as much information as possible — screenshots, model name, membership tier, photos or error details can save a lot of time and help me solve the issue much faster.
