The lore behind Cid's eye color change is simple magic - more accurately when he is using magic. There's also the purple glow he has. Black, no magic. Red a perception spell (like checking the wine for drugs/poisons/aphrodisiacs), and purple is when he releases his internally compressed magic. The reason he let Princess Rose see the message is because she can't read it, especially because it is in Beta's shorthand. This makes it a non-issue. Think of it as if someone wrote in Sanskrit, but abbreviated. Then someone who has had a basic introduction book on Sanskrit try to read it without a reference. Also, yes. Shadow is bored because no one is able to fight him at his level. As for what he meant at the end, he was commenting about the amount of breasts she gave herself with the slime.

16:50 I am unaware of the exact reason, but I assumed they changed due to a genetic reason, since Claire [his sister] always has red eyes. It could simply be an exaggerated effect, like how in episode 1, The MC [forgot his past name] looked at Nishino with clouded distant eyes. But it could also just be a side effect of unleashing massive amounts of magical power he conceals when he is Cid.

Yes all girls using slime as clothes.. but Epsilon is using it for more then just clothes :D also i believe Cid using red eyes not only when he is shadow but when he is in ''serious'' (whatver its mood or thing he says) and/or it could be like appraisal magic which.. we could see in many animes whenever someone use it their eyes glow different colour :D thats a possibility but cant go into details :D

4:45 - To be fair to Cid, he thinks they are off happily living their own lives, and only coming back to play 'pretend' with him because they want to, not realizing that the stuff he thinks is made up is actually happening.

You have to remember Iris is crazy prude so Alexia prodding her that way to force her choice is a great move. Not that she's trying something sexual lol. (some people take it that way and hey, fanfic that shit out). Also when Cid said he was dead in the infirmary, and you laughed - I busted out as well lol. Too funny.
