Jargo

The era that Shizu is talking about/from is actually the Firebombing of Tokyo, which actually has an even higher death toll than either of the nuclear bombings. The buildings were made of wood and paper, so the city burst into such an inferno that the hot air rising actually caused a tornado of flame in the middle of the city, hence what we saw in the first episode. Killed anywhere from 80k to 100k people, injured around a million and left a million homeless.

Good thing Neila didn't connected the dots and is still clueless

Zoro’s_Purgatory

I absolutely love this anime and I’m glad your watching it I immediately watch when you post a new one. can’t wait for the next episode and for overlord to start

EnorIII

The bgm in the beginning is called 深刻 (shinkoku), meaning 'serious' ^^

Ryno

I love your reacts, I look forward to the rest of these! Also, I recommended it before but I think you’d love Gleipnir and The Record of Ragnarok.

Pawoof_

It's a refresher rewatching this from the beginning again with you

IFoundTheLight

I like this cat. We need more of her!

IFoundTheLight

I'll be a slime for you! I'm already round and squishy! Lol /S

Galvanax

Out of curiosity why not watch this in dub instead of sub? It would make your videos easier to follow along with since I listen without being able to watch while I drive for work.

Nyarung

Please dont listen to this lol. Keep the sub

Neila Reacts~

i already have bad experiences watching dub as my first introduction to an anime which has made me drop some so no, i like watching the original form of the anime for the first time watch. If the way i watch anime is not suitable for you then i m sorry for that but i wont be changing it when i also have to think of enjoying it myself.

Galvanax

No worries, I know the lines basically by heart I was just curious, I'll still be watching and supporting you anyway!

Galvanax

No need to take it so seriously, I was just asking why she wasn't watching in sub. I wasn't trying to be rude.

Neila Reacts~

thank you and dont worry, u r not the only one to ask that question! all good!

JitterBones

I'm loving the reacts, and I enjoy watching this series so so much! Back when season 1 came out I watched the whole thing but haven't seen the new seasons. It'll be nice to catch up on them while watching your reacts.

Minidiamant

In the LN and manga there is an actual narrator, in the anime they have rimuru's VA do it. That's why he narrates himself third person.

Gabriel KD

3 days off after risking life and limb.. is not a lot.

Matthias Bach

Neila: 'I wish every guy was a slime..' LOL
