Jougo is really strong, but unfortunately he only seems to fight those who're stronger than him. Actual skill issue on his part, but it's pretty funny.

Panda will be explained in this season, but he's a very complex thing. It'd need an essay to make him make sense. Maki has something called a Heavenly Pact- it restricts her use of cursed energy to basically nothing but gives every physical buff you can think of. Better sight, hearing, strength, stamina, all of the above. The white-haired guy is Inumaki and the entire clan is known for a passed-down (inherited at birth) technique called Cursed Speech. He uses ingredients to talk instead of anything meaningful because the cursed technique causes anything he says to 'happen or be obeyed' generally. He tells someone to sit, they do it. Tells them to smash into a wall, they'll fly into a wall. The technique is active at all times and gets stronger with skilled sorcerers.

why did u explain the maki and inumaki thing when i m sure the anime would have explained it for me. that s like a whole spoiler right there tho. I m so sure the anime tells me this when i get to see them more and if it doesnt then i will take back my statement but come on, dude.

JitterBones

The anime like to show instead of explain. For example- Inumaki's ability has already been explained, but it was just 1 or 2 sentences.

oh damn, really?? oof my bad then. i thought they would go more in detail but i guess not, thanks for the explanation

JitterBones

Hey no problem, I can see it looks straight up like spoilers and I'd have choice words for me too. But the thing is, JJK is different from most animes with powers. The abilities are hard to understand or are super complex. Hunter X Hunter, My Hero Academia, and Dragon Ball (any) all have abilities that are easy to understand and explain how characters get them. JJK anime will be that one anime that'll leave you scratching your head in confusion. Sorry to yap so much, I hope I didn't turn you off from the series.

Nah, you still shouldnt have said all of that. It shows well enough and it tells plenty. Pre explaining in a show like JJK is pretty bad practice, alot of the mystique and mechanics are explained in specific moments to elevate them and the setting as a whole. She wouldve understood these things perfectly fine, just be honest that you enjoy the show, know about how it works, like talking about it, and won't spoil like this again. Its way more understandable if you want to expand upon things in the comment section OF an episode where you feel they under explain. Thats still not in good taste, they explain plenty of different mechanics and techniques(inumaki's included) over time by giving the viewer some info here, some info later down the line,, its explicitly one of the aspects that makes it such a well built world and compelling story; youre not given all moves a piece can make the moment they are placed on the board. Its not so cool to lore dump things way in advance because YOU think they dont explain them well enough down the line. Being passionate about a show is one thing, but no one likes spoilers, especially not in the context where people literally pay to watch her unfiltered, first time reactions to shows they probably also like. Kinda ruins the fun for everyone but you apparently.
