The explanation from Momo's grandma can give a lot of context for the events of episode 1. It's implied Turbo Granny steals men's genitals because of the history of what happened in the tunnel, as a sort of vengeance for the girls that died there. This would also explain why Turbo Granny went out of her way to save Momo from the aliens. This is more just fan theory, but it does make Turbo Granny more interesting IMO.

Oh shit, if this one got her sad... if you know, you know. I can't wait for THAT episode. Science Saro cooked hard as fuck on this show but that is one of the best episodes of anime I have seen in....well, I was gonna say years. If I am honest with myself though, I probably mean ever.

"Sayonara" is a much more permanent goodbye, and in this context means goodbye with no expectation to talk again, even though they go to the same school. Momo corrected herself to say "see you tomorrow," which shows that she still wants to keep seeing him, instead of this being a one-time interaction.
