Evileye is very old actually, in the last episode she said her heart stopped beating hundreds of years ago

dylan pennington

The princess doesn't want climb to get hurt. She was just saying her plan in the situation he does get hurt.

The reason evileye wears a mask is because she's a vampire like shalltear. The mask hides her eyes and fangs

GargantuanWitch

Okay couple of intricate lores... The ring Gazef gave to Climb was given to him by the person named 'Rigrit'. Actually, she is the old lady that was talking to the dragon in the first part of the season 2. She used to be the leader of the adventurer group "Blue Roses". She retired because of old age and before she retired, she forced Evileye to join the group by fighting her. This is what they were discussing with Brain at the end of the episode. Next is Evileye, she is a vampire living for 100s of years. And undead creatures are naturally attracted to each other. Since vampires are also a type of undead variant, she is instinctively attracted to Ainz. Evileye is technically a loli but unlike Shalltear who was designed to be a loli, Evileye became a vampire when she was still a small kid. Thus, stopping her from aging and living an immortal life.

Seasons 1 and 2 are amazing on their own, but they are only world building, introducing viewers the important characters that'll play a main role in the plot. The story hits really really hard from Season 3 and further. Worth every second. I'm super excited for your reactions.

Evileye is hundreds of years old like you thought at first. She is a Vampire and she became one when she was very young though I believe not a True Vampire like Shalltear she was a human turned Vampire. She has fangs and red eyes which is a Vampire trait

The 2 best seasons (in terms of story) are coming up 🙏

Abura-bo

Seasons 3 will rock your world my lady!

Sage Bastien

the season 3 and 4 are actually my favorite

Sergio Gonzalez

Man... by the end of this series you are going to have so many problems to see a therapist about. Mostly on the Re-Estize royal family, but on a lot of the characters, too.

Sage Bastien

Btw, Demiurge is maybe one of the most insane one, in term of Loyalty, i would say the same as Albedo lol

awesome reaction Neila! Oh, the fun is about to begin haha!!! I'd say 4 to 6 episodes a week for Overlord. So, it won't be too overwhelming for all of us. The movie of Overlord is in a weird spot; we shall discuses that once we reached the 4th season.

The Force

Brains whole scene was basically him irl living out the experience when you play a game and fight something, don't see the health bar move at all, then get stomped. Then later having that boss show up and this time, even though you get stomped, you at least make the health bar move. It's already a pretty gratifying way to show growth in games, I can't imagine feelin it frl

If i remember right Evileye is a Vampire princess? Some offshoot of a vampire i think. I very well could be wrong though.

Post credits in season 3 are in episodes 1, 3, 7, and 8. So remember Episode 1 and 3 please ;) They never spell it out but EvilEye has red eyes and fangs (seen during the battle) because she is a vampire. She even says her heart stopped beating hundredes of years ago last episode. She is more than 250 years old and quite famous as a legendary vampire Landfall, that destroyed an entire kingdom in the past. She wears a mask so that other people don't figure out she is a vampire. An undead that are usually killed on sight. Just like Ainz. Also, the Inberun that the grandma (Rigrit) and the dragon talked about in episode 2x01 is EvilEye, not the scythe girl. So grnadma can beat EvilEye (when working with rest of Blue Rose), not scythe girl. There is a whole side-story book about EvilEye, and she is really interesting character there as well. Unfortunately that was not made into an anime.

Thank you for the reactions, Neila! Honestly, I'm liking the pace, since Overlord has a lot of world building, having things fresh in the memory helps a lot. Like someone else mentioned previously in a comment, you realized that Tuare was the sister from the adventurer girl that was killed in the first season, which I've seen other people overlooking. But of course, take it at the pace you want, it's enjoyable to watch your reaction regardless of that. I like Season 1 and 2 as well, but Season 3 is my favorite, with Season 4 close behind, so I'm excited that you got to this point, I'm really looking forward to the next. Once again, thank you Neila, it has been fun.

thank you so so much for ur kind words!!! it really makes me happy!!

NGL i thought she meant that in a way like she stopped having feelings for anyone lol

The Empire

you'll see more of Lupus Beta in next season don't worry

Kyle King

It's a tiny detail, but I love Entoma's cute intimidation attempt 7:30 when she shows up. Even gets told to behave gently.

One of the things I want to point out about this episode is that Shalltear’s appearance looks incredible. I like it much more than her battle armor (the red one from season one). I feel that elegant dress with the mask fits her personality better, and it’s clear that Shalltear cares a lot about maintaining her appearance, because unlike Demiurge and the Pleiades, who only put on a mask, Shalltear created an entire outfit including the hair. What I find curious is that with this appearance she looks taller and more adult. If she can change her appearance that much, why doesn’t she use that power to have an adult woman’s body and not have to use padding on her chest? Kind of like what Epsilon does in Eminence in Shadow. It was a bit creepy, but I understand Brain when he was able to cut Shalltear’s nail. It may not seem like much if both were human, but in terms of power Brain is an ant compared to Shalltear — if an ant is able to hurt an elephant, that would also be a huge achievement. Just compare Cocytus’ fight against the Lizardmen: they couldn’t even touch him, even with the whole village and their leaders fighting together. The difference in power is unimaginable. Shalltear was also able to fight 1 vs 1 against Ains in season 1, who needed all the World Items from his former guildmates to have the advantage. So going back to Brain, it’s no surprise he was so happy, having dedicated his entire life to the sword.

Neila Reacts~

yeah i understood why he was so happy tbh, it was just funny in the moment when u see how the other humans looked at him not fully understanding how powerful and traumatized shalltear left him since their last encounter haha

Philotes

He used god-level items, not World level items. World-level items are ridiculous. There are only 200 world-level items in the entire game, where all the players in the game (presumably millions) competed for just 200 of them. It was already big enough achievment for an entire guild to have one world-level item. Only the most powerful guilds would be able to have two, and only two guilds ever managed to have more than 2. But yes, Brain cutting Shaltears fingernail is amazing. The fact Lockmayer and Climb were confused just shows that even after seeing Sebas in action, they did not undestand the difference between themselves and Shaltear or Sebas.

reaction is done? why no update
