Argon

This is my favorite slime opening. 😃❤️

Dethrox

Yeah.. i like it alot too.. when the english is good then im all for mixed language^^ it sounds so good :3

The Force

To be fair to Blumind, the army wouldn't be arriving for another day after they actually got there, thats remarkable response time. It's more like somebody did a driveby, threatened to come back tomorrow if you weren't gone, but you go and wipe them out that night and the next morning your friends and their buddies all pull up. They were early, but unneeded xD

Now that I notice, you always see the entire opening and ending. You should see Frieren. Is very good as a show, is chill, have amazing fights, and the openings and endings are always top tier.

I've never read the LN but Shion's Gift doesn't sound all that great really at least how they describe it in the anime. The anime says that whatever she makes tastes the way she wants it to BUT it doesn't say what the ingredients or preparations will do to you. In other words you could be happily slurping away at a bowl of poison because it tastes like chicken soup.

Some guy

Her gift is actually even more insane. In the novels, they explain that her gift straight up alters causality. Where normally you have 1+1=2, Shion's ability lets her add 3+7 and still get 2. So she really is cooking a tasty, healthy meal... it just really shouldn't work. This is actually my favorite joke in the series, even if it is subtle. Reality basically said, "OK, so Shion wants to be able to cook tasty food for Rimuru. There's got to be a skill that will let her do that, right? ...Nope, I got nothing. There is no ability we can give her that will make her a good cook. Right, that does it; just give her the ability to warp reality and call it Master Chef. I give up!"

Neila Reacts~

yep i usually watch the whole opening and ending the first time!

Yes, she can basically make the outcome whatever she desires, no matter how she gets there. For example, cooking a bunch of poisonous and non-edible stuff and her wanting it to be good will not only make it taste good, but it will also no longer be poisonous (since she didn't want it to be poisonous).

I don't think the anime did a good enough job of this. The Demon Lord Seed that Rimuru fed the 10,000 souls grew and triggered the Harvest Festival, which made him evolve into a "True Demon Lord." This is when their species evolves and gains an ultimate skill (Rimuru turned into a Demon Slime and gained both Raphael and Beelzebub). People who are CALLED demon lords like Carrion, Clayman, Milim, Frey, etc., are just called that as a title of high rank/respect, like a president/king/emperor. Unless we're told specifically that someone is a TRUE demon lord, it's assumed that they only have a Demon Lord Seed and haven't actually become a True Demon Lord yet, even though they have the TITLE of Demon Lord. I wish the subtitles used different words to make it easier to understand which one is being talked about.

5:34 why do you think his hair is gold, this is a conscious choice, I believe Veldora's human form is just him copying several anime characters

Fuze is a great guy though, nice seeing the contrast with him and his kingdom vs how falmuth was. Seeing him pull up asap with whatever he could get and with a promise of much more from his king to support Tempest in their darkest hour. You could easily see them ignore Tempest as they get initially completely destroyed, rumors about Rimuru himself being killed and a massive army supported by the Church as well invading. It would look like it was completely over for Tempest. Yet here comes Fuze, 100% support regardless of how grim it looked as well as his king. Gatta give him and his nation credit.

Tim See

It is explained but I get the feeling we're supposed to be learning alongside of Rimuru about these things. Which is why there's not huge exposition dumps about everything we haven't entirely learned about yet.

Tim See

Fuze deserved that treatment in the hot springs lol.

Lol every girl I've seen react to Veldora's return has fangirled pretty hard. Glad to see Neila is no different. My wife was actually jealous that I wanted a Shion figurine but after this episode, she wants a Veldora one lol. Can't argue that. (If only they weren't crazy expensive)
