2:43 For as much as you rag on your own smarts(i hope in jest), I personally think youre actually super media literate based on how often and early you pick up on themes and plot points. As I'm sure you've already picked up on given how far youve watched so far, that's basically the golden question the show loves to ask; "How can/is it even possible/will he be able to make ___ in this stone world??" In this particular instance though, that's a corner that can safely cut. Most medicines that come in capsules/pill form can be administered in their base state (usually a powder) with no issues. There are, of course, exceptions to any rule(there are a small handful of medicines that do benefit from the capsule be it for a timed release function or to protect it from our stomach acids), but you absolutely could throw your daily dose of an antibiotic in a mortal and pestle, grind it to the finest powder, and swallow it with some water without affecting its effectiveness. 5:09 The road maps are one of my favorite aspects of the show. Such a great way to pique the viewers' interest, seeing wild or seemingly unrelated/dangerous ingredients used to make things we take for granted in day to day life is such a good way to set the pace and engage the audience. 7:26 Chrome and Kohaku are absolutely two of my favorite characters in the show(and anime in general). Chrome is constantly learning and adapting his outlook on the rules of the universe, feeding the scientific urge to understand; Kohaku, while often not being able to truly understand and incorporate the specifics, continues to develop a stronger and stronger reverence for science's ability to improve lives and solve problems.

24:49 As an engineer who knows how to cook, I don't appreciate being called a unicorn. I'd prefer stallion or mustang.
