the endings and openings don't change for every single episode but there are some different songs as things go. Mainly in later seasons though. Also occasionally there is an after credits scene so be careful not to miss those o7

So the reason people told you to watch the EDs is because the standard ED for each season is a continuation of a story that is being told through the visuals that is thematically relevant to Kaguya and Shinomiya's relationship.
