Last post-credit scenes this season are in episodes 7 and 8. Regarding death knight, they and other weaker stuff Ainz can summon can extremely rarely appear in this world as wild monsters. So that death knight is not Ainzes. Ainz has a mental connection to all his summons. If they took one of his, he would know. It is funny that Demiurge is desperately trying to figure out what Ainz wants him to do and do it flawlessly, while Ainz is desperately trying to figure out what Demiurge expects him to do and do it flawlessly. So if you want to know who is actually making decisions, you end up in an infinite loop. I will explain the annual war later. Brain did not beat Gazef, but their fight was very close, so people consider them about the same strength. There is also a joke in the Overlord community that Brain is weaker because he has 1 level in cooking instead of a combat class. Arche is not giving money to her parents. She pays of loan-sharks that are threatening them and her parents just take more loans from them... And her hands are hard because of callus, from working hard. Also, I just remembered. The subtitles spell the emperors's name incorrectly as "Jircniv Rune Farlord El Nix". It is supposed to be "El-Nix". It does not come up in the anime, but there is interesting background lore about him having 4 names, not 5.

Yes. Because it is one name. So how we have usually 2 or 3 names: first name, maybe middle name, and last name. Jercniv has 4. The number being important for an interesting lore tidbit.

this episode is the start of a new arc, and this arc is as great as this episode is convoluted lol. Hella info dump but even if you didn't understand much of this one it's mostly re-explained in the next episodes when needed, like when some of the many family's name come up again, most of them haven't been introduced anyway so it's normal if you don't know who they're talking about. (I hope this amount of "talking about next episodes" is within tolerance, if not, me is sorry)

Just Info here and NO spoiler. Brain was only able to fight Gazef on equal terms but he lost to him, but it is amazing since Gazef is older than brain by a good few years. Meaning Brain has higher potential but is currently weaker. The old magician at the start tries to create undead naturally without casting magic. Undead are creatures of negative energy, negative energy is created in wars or other events where many people die. When the negative energy reaches a certain threshold than an undead will be born from a corpse nearby, the stronger the negative energy the stronger the undead. The old man wants to recreate that, with the theory that when many undead gather, they will naturally create a negative energy zone without the 'many people die' part. The death knight is a 'wild undead' and not from Ainz.

"The dice has already been thrown" is a reference to the author's favourite game genre Dungeons and Dragons also known as DnD in which you role dices to play your character's options like attacking, defending and interacting with things. So it means Ainz is predicting something is already happening.
