Is actually pretty surprising that Geld felt that way tbh, i always had the assumption that Orcs was one of the most useful race in the city. They build the houses and all the road, most of Tempest infrastructure is thanks to the dwarfs schematics and orcs manpower.

I few things i want to add: 1. Regarding the magic barrier on the road. It shouldnt be a problem even if the barrier is affecting the own citiziens because in an emergency they can simply turn it off since they hold the control over it. Secondly its important to keep the magiculs in check, because to many magicules attract hostile monsters or even spawn new ones. Thats the reason why the amount of monsters in Veldoras Cave is so much lower now since rimuru swallowed him. 2. HELL NO. Dont let Veldora rampage. First of all, his rampages are so severe that there isnt a place that far enough from mayor settlements to do it savely and even if there was a place the lingering magicules could still spawn monster on carybdis level which in turn could go roam around the continent. So overall it would just inevitable lead to problems. 3. I know which merchant you mean, but i believe thats very unlikly since it was mentiened twice that the suspicous merchants came from the eastern kingdoms and the one Rimuru is dealing with comes from the western kingdoms. Doesnt mean he couldnt be involved, but that definitly rules him out as the head guy.

It really pisses me off how Rimuru treats Veldora. I know he has to behave until Rimuru figures out how to help him but he doesn't have to be a little jerk all the time. But Veldora is such a solid character, he just takes it, and smiles. I freaking love him so much <3

Don't take me too seriously, because I really don't know about the power scale ahead of the anime, but since there are only 7 primordial demons, and Diablo and Guy are 2 of them, I think Diablo might actually be stronger than Rimuru, or at least very close to his current strength.

Yeah, like 90% of Tempest's infrastructure was built on the backs of the Orcs so to speak. The Goblins and handful of Lizardmen probably could have done it as well but, not nearly as fast as the Orcs.

I think it is more akin to banter that guy friends have. I personally in the same breath will tell my close friends that I hope they fall into a pool of legos naked then, tell them that I am lucky to have friends like them. They do both respect each other (obviously because, Veldora could fold Rimuru like a piece of paper if he wanted and Rimuru knows that) but, just have mean-spirited banter.

I initially thought the same when I first watched the anime, but the power that comes with Ultimate skills is quite crazy. Rimuru has 4, and Diablo 0 at this point. Also, demons become much weaker when entering the "real world" than they are in the demonic realm. Guy is much stronger than Diablo is right now. Diablo is a much MUCH better fighter than Rimiru, though. IMO if Rimuru didn't have Raphael, Diablo could kick his ass despite the power diff; just because Rimuru is inexperienced with his power, and is honestly pretty aloof. But out of our crew he is the closest in power to Rimuru (not including Veldora obv). Diablo instantly destroys Hinata, though.

Ohhh ok, got it. I was also thinking bout the experience the last couple episodes Neila uploaded, because Diablo keeps showing how well he knows his own abilities, being able to control the entire battlefield. As for example I think it happened in the episode 3×11 or smth like that, when the Kid that belongs to the 3 battle sages was fighting Diablo, Diablo analyzed the structure of his magic and dismantled before it touched his body, and bc he doesn't receive physical damage he was able to completely avoid being harmed. Rimuru could do such things but only with Raphael's support.
