Actually, speaking of the skeleton guy, there's also an isekai called Skeleton Knight in Another World, its pretty good, a season 2 is coming this year.

The anime with a skeleton in a convenience store is called "Skull-face Bookseller Honda-san" And as Sgtanders commented before me, there's an isekai with a skeleton too. Pretty great too. Its opening is awesome!

4:10 I have NOT read the LN, but it seems there's a detail that's not in the anime. It seems Diablo was bored of his own existence and nothing nor no one seemed interesting to him. Rimuru is that interesting entity that lit up Diablos curiosity.

I don't really like Mariabell as a character, she's the brain, sure, but she's just that. I don't like the archetype of the character that's just there in the background pulling strings without ever doing anything substantial. I have the same issue with Yuuki who just sends his clowns to try and influence things (still unsure as to what he's actually trying to accomplish with that though). At least they both provide good entertainment with their weird schemes against our slimey boi.

Did you notice the little goblin girl next to Gobzo when the Yomigaeri were on screen at 18:58 (behind the text that says "Self Regeneration")? She was the girl that Shion tried to protect when she got killed in season 2 meaning that Shion died for what technically would have amounted to nothing had they not all been revived because the little girl got killed anyway. (The ONLY members of Yomigaeri are monsters who were killed back then)

I personally don't mind characters that only ever really scheme, and just have more powerful figures actually deal with the fighting. We all saw how cathartic it was whenever all of Clayman's lackeys were dealt with, and how pitifully he ended up squirming because he wasn't actually all that good of a fighter when he was exposed.

Yeah, the only people he has to compare to are Hakuro, Rimuru and the others being trained by Hakuro, he genuinely has no clue just how much stronger he's gotten or how strong he is in comparison to others. Primarily because of the cowardice he never really tests himself unless he thinks he has a huge upperhand

The truth about diablo... not full but you would need to go to the first season and the part where diablo was looking at rimuru from afar, he said that rimuru would show him the truth of the world, then when he fought shizu, the mask intereseted him season 1 ep 24, and it was unbreakable, but when he saw that same mask on rimuru, I'm sure that's what interested him even more... little details are important in tensura after all :)... I won't say anything else though... the mask also broke in when rimuru was looking at dead shion, and diablo didn't manage to break it in fight with shizu, that also adds to that I think *eyes looking sideways*

It always occurs to me that all the reactors that have reacted to Slime ALWAYS come to the same type of thought process. And that is to just send Veldora out. When they dont even remember that sending Veldora out is a definite No-Go, because if Veldora goes out and goes on a rampage, everything... and i mean EVERYTHING is gonna get destroyed. Not just the enemy nation they will be attacking, but a high chance that surrounding nations that have no involvement whatsoever will get destroyed as well. Also if Veldora goes on a rampage and lets out his aura, the magicules he releases will generate HIGH LEVEL monsters that will cause destruction (for example, the Charybdis). That is why Rimuru always tells Veldora to NEVER GET INVOLVED in situations. Also, because you never know who else is gonna be after Veldora, since there are always gonna be people who want to capture Veldora or even destroy him. For example, you already met her during season 2 before Walpurgis, Velzard (the older sister of Veldora, the girl that was with Guy). You never know what she might do if she finds out that Veldora went out on a rampage. Wont spoil anymore since the rest is in the LN of Slime, but ill just say that there MIGHT be people that are going to be after Veldora.
