Btw yuuki did say that they were gonna relax and rebuild their force. So actually, yeah the bad guys are on holiday in this case. As for Wether yuuki is a bad or good person. The answer is that yuuki is nuanced or personally, I would say he is quite straightforward.

So funny how people keep underestimating Rimuru. He had the power of a Demon Lord before he even accepted the political title of one. Then he evolved into a True Demon Lord, which makes him one of the most powerful Demon Lords, and each of his ministers/lieutenants could be considered a Demon Lord in and of themselves. He's friends with most of the other Demon Lords and even the force of nature which goes by Veldora.

It all comes back to that super long meeting with the dwarves and elves. Everyone is still falling for the rumors they spread back then. Everyone still thinks Veldora killed the army. As for him being a Demon Lord, practically no one knows the difference between an unawakened Demon Lord like Frey, Carrion and Clayman and True Demon Lords like Milim and Guy Crimson. As new as he is, everyone thinks he's "only" as dangerous as Clayman, maybe even weaker.
