Season 1 is volumes 1-5. There are 15 volumes. The show skips a lot of dialogue.

Enblzn rdmption

This is definitely one of those animes you cant take to seriously and you have to turn your brain off for. I was excited to watch you react to it but it was clear you were not enjoying it, which is completely fine. We all have our preferences so dont feel like you need to force yourself for the viewers sake. After all, it's way more fun to watch your reactions when you're enjoying something as much as we are. My favorite was watching you react to Eminence in Shadow.

Some guy

"Die!" "No, you." I think you're right about the anime mostly being an advertisement for the light novels. As for Lein's plan, I think the idea was to make a version of herself that liked Yogiri, since that would let her survive? Not sure.

Philotes

You want to know who likes Daimon? The author of the novel apparently :KEK: He said Daimon is his favorite character. Anyway, sorry for recommending it since it seems you didn't like it. I just liked the humor and randomness of it. The plot is indeed very weak. But gotta love the the final battle of the anime was just the MC going "No you!"

LMAOOOOOOOO THE AUTHORR BROO.... nah u r fine for recommending it. if i didnt care about the anime, i wouldnt be asking so many questionns tbh so it shows the anime was really interesting but the fact it didnt answer my questions and just left me with a "feel" that there could be a seaosn 2 and I DONT SEE SEASON 2 AHHHHHHHHHHHH, that s what made me mad xD

Neila Reacts~

i was enjoying it in the beginning but i came in with an expectation that everything would be kinda explained within the 12 episodes so that was on me being disappointed. if there was a season 2 of the anime, i would totally watch it since i want to know more lore on the mc and how they go back to their world so the anime not even showing me that, made me sad lol

Philotes

Understandable. Also I can see how getting all the cool looking characters killed while the annoying ones survives can be frustrating if you focus on it.

Neila Reacts~

YEAHHHH, i wanted my archnemesis DAMION GONE XDDD

Deknas

I like him as a punching bag. Does that count?

Jared Williams

I think you adequately hated on the show at the end lmao. The beginning was entertaining but yeah I remember being extremely underwhelmed with the ending because it left everything unanswered and had zero chance of getting a season 2

Rykuso

I never finished watching this series; it was a good opportunity to see how it ends, although it did leave me with more questions than answers... Haha

Twohearts Off

This is what you could call a "gimmick anime". Everything is built around a gimmick, here it's the fact that the MC can kill anything. When watching this type of anime, don't expect anything that goes against the gimmick (him ever having trouble with getting rid of an enemy) and don't expect too much lore. The lore is only here to introduce him as a character and explain the appearance of other characters linked to his backstory. Most of the animes you've reacted to are really well written story focused anime, I kinda expected you to be somewhat disappointed with this one since if you expect anything more than "fooling around a fun gimmick" you won't find it. There are different approaches to this genre, this one had a comedy approach and as far as these go it's a pretty good one (many are actual slop). Maybe this genre isn't something you'll enjoy, or maybe you'll prefer one with a different approach. Personally, I had fun watching this anime when it came out (despite the rushed ending) and I really enjoyed your reaction to it!

Joseph Adams

They thing with the androids were they were there IF he destroyed the world Their from the same world as everybody else Just secret organizations with lots of advanced tech

The Force

Does the author like him because they think he's a "good" character, or just because they think he's a funny punching bag too? Cause some of my favorite characters are the shittiest ones I write just cause I can torture them in funny ways xD

Philotes

Not sure but I always assumed the latter. I mean he gets punched and made fun of a lot.

SilverSpade12

"Behold, for I have the power of 'no u.'"

Crawlingchaos03

I'd give this anime a 5. As some nice bits here and there, but I kinda wanted to see how the main character got that power? How he came to be? It seems like he was from another world and entered another world...then ended up in this one. There's only one anime I've given a 1 to and its Murder Princess. I really felt annoyed and ticked off of Murder Princess... don't watch it haha. Still was entering watching it with all of ya.

Christian

I know its a cliche to say, but yeah the manga is a lot better than the anime. After watching this when it released I read the manga was was glad that I did so. Their is a lot skipped over. The only thing that I don't like about the manga is that it takes a long time for chapters to be made, but that's par for the course for isekai stories like this.

js

I feel like the commitment to the bit here is a breath of fresh air, even if it limits the plot. The vast majority of stories about someone who is "special" start out with them being unique in season 1, with them being one of dozens of people just as special as them in season 2, and then there being people who far outrank them in every way in season 3 (only to be defeated by teamwork, power of friendship and clever strategy). This just says "nope" to all of that cliche, which I found to actually be satisfying. Doesn't make the anime good, but I like the idea that OP means OP, not "OP until more powerful enemies inevitably outrank the MC". I would like this concept to be used in an anime that actually has an interesting plot though, and it can have "struggles" that come from somewhere other than combat. You could still have a good mystery, comedy, romance, or drama (assuming you don't just kill everyone who disagrees with you) story with this premise.

Ketanak

I know it's satyrical and stuff, but that is exatly why i hate all the OP character in the animes. At least have the decency to do a 4 episodes training arc before giving someone something OP Unfortunatly a lot of Anime end on cliffhanger because they think they are going to have a renew. The thing is Japan corpo use Anime as promotion for merch and manga, so they don't have any interest in finishing a anime because few would read if the story is done. A lot of gems end on cliffanher (no game no life i remember you)
