@9:24 - You wouldn't have known at this point, but Walnut is simply a handle/alias which can be used by/passed on to another hacker, hence the multiple "deaths" and why Kurumi, while being younger than 30, is the current Walnut. @10:00 - The "cleaners" are a separate entity to the DA and so they don't have access to them to question. @10:15 - As Sensitive Sushi commented, there are still prisons to house the "lesser" criminals. What Lycoris deal with are the more serious threats (as seen in episode 1 where they took out a bomb threat, knife wielder and terrorist). @12:10 - LycoReco is an independent branch of the DA (which is why they get to help the community in other ways than violence or murdering people) so while they're linked they wouldn't necessarily know the Walnut hacking situation. They took on the request to protect Walnut directly and not from the DA. You figured it out in the end but Roboto and Walnut are rival hackers, Walnut did in fact hack DA as a request from Yoshi. @31:00 - You're asking the right questions. @32:10 - That's fair, that's fair. Notice that Takina shot a rubber band at Chisato at the end. And how she was shocked about how chisato wasn't shot earlier. She was testing it to make sure she isn't just seeing things, kinda. Again this anime answers all questions and holds your hand where it reaaally needs you to understand as it goes on. Like, far more blantantly. Just trust lol

Also random thought, my favorite way i ever tried to describe Chisato is; basically, you mix Vash the Stampede and John Wick. Then, you make the resulting mash-up a super genki high school aged girl....Basically just gender flippped Vash and John Wick lol

It took me a while to understand that LycoReco is separate from the DA too, Maybe I am just dumb but next ep they explain the "dodging" and I missed it?
