The Black Flash isn’t necessarily unique to Itadori. It’s something that strong sorcerers are capable of. So he’s not copying abilities. Both Todo and Nanami were able to do it too. What makes his version special is his natural ability, connection to Sukuna, and a few other important details you’ll find out in season 3. Also about Sukuna. There is no one in the world he hates more than Itadori. Even if his actions seem like they help him (e.g. when he was fighting the curse that took his hand) Sukuna healing him from that was an accidental reflex. He could have easily beaten the curse without healing Itadori’s body. Basically, he will NEVER do anything consciously to help him. Also sorry for the walls of text. But to your question about the people just standing there. When Gojo used his ability to kill all those curses in less than a second, those people had to absorb all the visual information, causing their brains to effectively shut down. They mentioned it briefly that “they would be able to reintegrate into society a month later” (which is how long their brains took to process everything that they saw.) so they’re essentially in a standing coma right now.
