In this ongoing Traxian series, Bill talks to RiffTrax marketing director Peter Hunter about one of his favorite RiffTrax movies, the totally inexplicable midwest madhouse that is A CHRISTMAS CIRCUS — starring everyone's favorite clown, Whizzo.  Now you've got that to worry about!

Well, now I got that to worry about!

Please, never mention again the phrase "whole package" when talking about Whizzo. That's a picture I don't want to have in my mind.

Whizzo was played by Frank Wiziarde, check him out on Wikipedia. Various incarnations of the Whizzo show ran in Kansas City and then Topeka from 1954 until 1987, but the riffed Christmas episode has a very mid-60s feel to it. Whizzo was so popular in the area that a local bank had a Banthrico bank made up of him as a giveaway. I have one, and Whizzo looks much more dignified in bronze.

I had no idea Mike read the transcript; I love it!!
