RiffTrax and MST3K star Bridget Nelson joins us for this ongoing Traxian Extra series, to talk about her hilarious riffs with Mary Jo Pehl and one movie in particular: LADY MOBSTER, starring Susan Lucci.

Hear all about this bad soap opera version of The Godfather, complete with 1980s gigantic shoulder pad outfits!

Omg Bridget's hair is GORGEOUS. Bill's is fine.

Danielle Mendus, nearly exactly what I was going to post! Bridget, tell Michael J Nelson that his wife is hot! Also, you and Mary Jo are such a good and funny team!! I have nearly your entire catalog. Hello to Mary Jo! Thanks Bill.

What a great interview! I'll pick up the movie ASAP!

Daniel Frank

Wait, y'all could have riffed "Operation Petticoat" and didn't?!?!

Joey Martell

When Bill started talking about Minnesota, I got this feeling like he could do a show like Prairie Home Companion but with a bit more sarcasm and a bit less yearning for a bygone era that actually sucked. And you know, I'd listen to it.

B&MJ were such a welcome addition to the Rifftrax team, and give such a different, but still funny, vibe to their oeuvre. I've really gotten hooked on their Sherlock Holmes series, and it's up there with MB&K doing the Batman serial. I cannot wait for the next one to come out. I am looking forward to more Bridget and Mike stuff though, like the "Instead of Tweeting" series. It feels like a modern version of Burns and Allen, with Mike just reacting to whatever Bridget is saying.

Tony Munoz

I can't wait to watch this one!

Bill and Bridget, thanks for another great peek inside the writing process and how the movies are selected. I think it would be great to have another writer's room, even if just for a one-time thing. Maybe a video of an impromptu writer's room session on a full-length movie could make a fantastic stretch goal for the next Kickstarter? It would justify a fun reunion for you guys and give us fans a different kind of reward.
