Hello, Traxians!

Erik here, and did you know RiffTrax was started all the way back in 2006?! One can hardly believe it. Way back in those days you had to drive to your local Blockbuster to rent a DVD copy of Road House if you wanted to enjoy Mike's solo commentary of it. We sure have come a long way!

July 20th is considered our "birthday" here, and as we've recently announced that our 2020 live shows (Hobgoblins and Amityville 4) will finally happen later this summer, we're in the process of editing together an updated highlight reel that includes some of the biggest laughs from the last 5 years that we'll show at the start of the first event. And there's where you come in!

We need your help! We realized whittling down the sheer mountain of material we have is no easy feat, and so we would love to hear it from the fans about what new jokes we should include. Please take a look at our 10-year highlight reel above, and then feel free to give us moments you think we missed, but ESPECIALLY if there are any more recent laugh-out-loud moments from the last five years that you feel absolutely must be included in the new edit.

We'll come back to this post periodically, and in the interest of having the final version ready for our 15th anniversary, we'll stop wrangling footage on June 11th, which is one month from today. Of course if we release something super-funny between then and July 20th that you think needs to go in, you can definitely let us know here and we'll give it serious consideration. Of course any "final cut" decision-making is ours, but we may be back to show you the rough cut once it's ready!

Can't wait to see which moments you all come up with, because we surely can't remember them all!

Let's Talk Turkey... Chef Lady: Here are all of the discarded parts. Bridget: Eww, and all hope of a Presidential pardon is lost!

Troy Wood

Just 3 words for you: SEIZE. THE. BONE. Also "Be right there!" from a short while later in the same movie. Jack the Giant Killer is still my favorite Rifftrax Live experience.

Nick Wray

Plan 9: "This is my bullshit lecture!!". Classic

J Dennis Bounds

This one from House on Haunted Hill Live Show: "Llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllladies!"

Paul R.

A riff on Whizzo saying "I've got that to worry about"

Ian Davenport

Puma Man ragging on Supersonic's flying?

Ian Davenport

Harvey getting skewered in Planet of Dinosaurs as Kevin whoops?

Ian Davenport

"You two make the stupidest faces you can" or "You!"' - "A Man?!" from Tourist Trap,

Ian Davenport

Any scene with the giant mushrooms in Fungicide, it's all gold.

Ian Davenport

Jim Dalen - "What do you want?" - "Chicken finger, happy meal", "Same" from Ghost House, or Dalen's forever-introduction and "thank you, we don't need your life story!"

Sean-Casey King

Would really like to see some clips from Bridget and Mary Jo's shorts and films, there are some terrific scenes in 'Baby Jane'. I've also always wanted a montage clip of *all* the Golden Corral slogans, though that might be better for a separate bonus clip as it could take years to to do that. I didn't see any Nick Nolte riffs in there, so one of those would be good. And my favorite rifftrax line of all time, Transformers 2, when Bill says: "So, you take ‘Fast and Furious’, drain it of all of its intelligence, wit, and coherence; replace all dialogue with the word “Go!” – repeated in rapid succession – then grab a nice 18-Volt cordless drill equipped with a 1.25” spade bit and begin drilling holes into your own thorax, and then I think you’ve approximated the experience of watching ‘Transformers 2"

Sean-Casey King

And just for fun maybe throw in some of Disembaudio singing during the credits - old school stuff.

Karl Hamann

"Beautiful Arnie" from rater Lake Monster!

Paul Graham

Please include something from Phantom Planet and from Kids Guide to the Internet

Thomas Backman

If you're including shorts, a sweet Outro might be: "...I'm pants-crapping insane, so long, for now!" :)

Thomas Backman

....and since I moved from Hollywood to FORT WORTH, well.. you get it... (we cheer every time you call it back...!)

Clifford Tunnell

Gotta have 'is corn grass' and some Shake Hands With Danger in it.

David Mello

MIIIIIIIISSSSTTTTAAAKKKKEE! From Lycan Colony, of course Come to think of it, how about Stuart Whitman giving Treasure of the Amazon the finger? That WAS the last scene

Charlie Guenette

“Got a pop quiz for the hotshot?” from Day of the Animals. This line from The Hothead: “SOMEBODY PUT OUT DONUTS IN THE BREAK ROOM?!?! I EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE GOOD NEWS IN THIS TONE!!!”

DrReiCow

Well I am glad to see that the Rudolf moment made it. As for more: Rosebantha from the SW Holiday Special.. my fave riff of all time. From Star Wars: A New Hope: "Next to the bleached-white bones of Falcor from the Never Ending Story!" The entire Architect scene from Matrix 2 (if that is too long, just: "The instructions to my snowblower are GRIPPING compared to this.") There are no Star Trek riffs in here, so to fix that: The whole Jaegermeister bit from Generations. Star Trek V: "Shatner RUINS the franchise!" (or darn near anything from this one.. it is one of the best). House on Haunted Hill: "I'll take a scotch anne .. more scotch with a slash of scotch and some scotch..." Chorus from "When a Man Loves a Shark" From Indiana Jones & Crystal Skull: the "he's so old" song form the warehouse scene. Predator: "The Hawkin's body bit" or "This moment brought to you by creatine" - another movie where you can grab darn near anything. Planet of Dinosaurs: the fake-name roll call, including Rollie Fingers. I can give more if desired. Moo!

Leanna Wylder

The car ceash scene from fungicide. Also gotta get a suburban sasquach and samurai cop riff in there!

Mr. Neutron

Rod's strut down the street from Birdemic. "Now where do I get the lessons for how to walk like a human?" From Samurai Cop, Robert Zdar rising out of the clothes hamper holding a katana. "They call him Hamper Man." From shorts: - The Creeps Machine: "But whatever you do, don't stick your wiener in there." "I wasn't going to." "There could be serious consequences." "You don't need to elaborate." - Little Lost Scent: Gregory the Skunk facing down the bear cub. - You Can Do Something About Acne: Sitting rigidly in a small pool of light. - It Must Be The Neighbors: "But there was still one problem: Vampires." - Geography of your Community: "This is farmland." "Odd name for a boy."

Hylaea

"Cerebro..." "Magneto!" "Magneto!" "Cerebro"

Josh Moore

When Norman...*ahem*..."checks in".

Emily Brown

Kevin imitating the movie in Paranormal Activity (7:07) makes me laugh every time. And any of the songs in Buffalo Rider!! And of course any mention of Lisa in her red dress. Please also include Disembaudio singing. I miss that!!! And Kevin singing the Birdemic song, "Birdemic, hide your kids it's a Birdemic".

Jani Uusitalo

Too bad that most my favorite gags are the long-running ones (such as the Nick Nolte saga, or the bear streak of 2017), they probably don't lend themselves to short snippets very well. But a couple of recent one-off ones: * "Adopted brothers, adopted sisters dance together — it's okay I guess" (Ator, The Fighting Eagle) * "I swear I just saw pizza" (Trucker's Woman)

John Chadwick

To this day "The Calendar: How to Use It" is my favorite RiffTrax short, so I'd like to see it represented. There's much to choose from, but I think Bill's "THE HELL YOU MEAN BY THAT!?" in response to the calendar sprites being asked who they are would work nicely.

Jonathan Richard Wagner

The world will not be complete if the Cracker Soliloquy from Terror at Tenkiller is not on the best-of reel. It is slightly longer than most clips, but it is the tour de force resulting from decades of riffing and shows the depth of talent among the RiffTrax writers. It is also an excellent read from Bill.

Anne S

I got a bunch, but I think one of your greatest is from "The Girl From Rio," when sexy be-thonged babe walks away from the camera with the tiniest black fabric morsel visible just above her buttcrack, and Bill groans, "D'oh!...Sorry, y-you need to wipe more!"

Geek Girl

Samurai Cop: The rifftones song, Steve "security" at the hospital.

Geek Girl

> Ruby: "Spring Break!" > Honor and Glory: "I think this movie just failed the Turring Test." > Deadly Prey: The opening "Death to everyone!" > Summer Shorts Beach Party: Rythmic Ball Skills!

Laura Strom

The Samurai Cop Rockin' Action Theme! - because it is seriously awesome.

David Mello

Just thought of something, what about Jacking Around The Shack from Frozen Scream?

Doug Taylor

Joel with his hilarious ‘kid’ voice at the MST3K reunion: “Stamp day rules! Bite me, Christmas!”

Ryan Angoluan

A Talking Cat!?! - when Duffy's mouth opens for the first time Attack of the Super Monsters - The running of the Ernest Borgnines Arranging the Buffet Supper Junior Prom - Bridget's "Black Dog" riff Whizzo. Replica - Weebles wobble, but they don't fall down Yor - The action figure scene Ready Player One - MICROFIBER CROTCH INLAY Feeders - the scene with the "headless" man being eaten The Kids Guide To The Internet - the first time they "browse" on the internet Lycan Colony - the title card Fungicide - Kevin's singing The Apple - "Speed" segment The Munchers - any scene will do Ace Hunter's flying motorcycle in MegaForce https://youtu.be/BIANjgUiI94 - if not ALADDIN

Chewie

The “Biscuits in the Army” song from Beowulf!

Anne S

The live version of "Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny" is one of my faves and has SO much to choose from. The "Jack and the Beanstalk" section alone: -"We used to have a wondrous hen/That laid us golden eggs/Until a thief broke in one night/And grabbed it by the legs" Kevin: "Mom shot hiiiiim!" -Bill: "They're subletting the castle from slightly larger giants!" -Mike: "Cersei Lannister, year one." -Mike: "We need a harp prop. Here's eleven cents and you have 3 minutes to make it." -Kevin: "Yep, I could watch this wall projection ofJohn Belushi's final moments all day long..." Bill: "I hate us!" -Kevin: "...the rare male camel toe..."

Brick Yoes

Don't interrupt our violent, homoerotic play Santa!

Joe Burnham

"Nothing says yummy like cooked and sterilized in the can" (This is Hormel). "Good evening. Let's get crunk, bitches!" (House on Haunted Hill) "If that lands on the guy's body it'll be the first thing that gun ever hit" (Star Wars Holiday Special)

Katie Solem

"My neck! My neck! My neck! MY NEEEECCKK!" from Samurai Cop. The whole scene with the nurse at the hospital in Samurai Cop. Actually any scene at the hospital in Samurai Cop. Hell just the entire movie of Samurai Cop.

Benjamin Harrington

Pressure Point - "Tonight on Mythbusters, everything that just happened."

Benjamin Harrington

Psychotronic Man- "A guy, a road, a guy, a road, a guy a road..."

Benjamin Harrington

Rock and Roll Nightmare- "Suffering from Freddy Kruger hands? Try Neutrogena."

Mike Luce

"Hello?......Moose Baby?" Most quoted line between my best friend and I, for no good reason. Also would like some Bridget and Mary Jo. Perhaps them giggling at the beginning of "Cat Women on the Moon;" "What's in his chest? It looks like a pitcher's mound!"

Brenda Dufek

The car ride song from The Revenge of Doctor X is a personal favorite.

Jeremy-Alice
