Hiya, Traxians! Erik here with a follow-up poll from this one, where we asked you to vote on your choice for an MP3 stretch reward for this year's Kickstarter.

There were almost 700 votes, and there were two standouts, however the voting was SO CLOSE - a difference of only two percentage points! - that we decided to pit the two top choices head-to-head, to give us one definitive winner.

For the next 48 hours starting NOW, vote for one of these Two Most Wanted Riffs. We'll include the winner in our next campaign update to backers! This poll closes at 10am Pacific on Saturday, March 18.

Thanks for your help here, folks. So many bad movies, so little time!

To save people Google searches, National Treasure is on DisneyPlus and BeastMaster is on Amazon Prime. (Both are owned/distributed by the company streaming them so ideally they'll always be there but who the heck knows...)

Brian Fried

I'm not shelling out for Disney+, so I have to go with BeastMaster, but I'd really prefer if BeastMaster got the live treatment or was buyable rather than just MP3… it'd be a perfect offering for RiffTrax.

Nic Cage is always fun, but c'mon....Beastmaster is begging for it! It...has not held up well over time.

Danielle Register

Beastmaster is too RAD not to Riff!!! Oily chest Bad bad dialogue It was made for riffing!!!

BK YoYoGuy

Must have Kodo and Podo riffs!!

Karl Arp

Ok. I've never seen Beastmaster, so I was going to choose National Treasure by default, but hear me out... National Treasure is quite enjoyable on its own. I just watched the trailer for Beastmaster, and I'm pretty sure I *need* Rifftrax commentary. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3FCM5UVsKU

National Treasure is a national treasure - I'm so disappointed it's coming second ATM.

Marty Hall

Beastmaster came out when I was at a very impressionable age and Tanya Roberts definitely made an impression!

Mighty Jack

Was the first vote stolen from Nicholas Cage? Did the Beastmaster have his ferrets dumping ballots? I'm just asking questions...

Mark Cappelletty

NATIONAL TREASURE is a generic action flick. BEASTMASTER, on the other hand, has a too-serious Marc Singer, John Amos and RIP TORN as the villain. And a topless Tanya Roberts. From Don Coscarelli, the director of PHANTASM! It's a no-brainer.

Jeremy Rowland

Personally I'd rather see BEASTMASTER but I voted for NATIONAL TREASURE as it's less problematic to watch with my kids.

Jason S Perry

... any chance we can get both? The winner first, then if you do even better, the loser? I.. I just can't choose!

Jonathan Jones

voting for Nick Cage but frankly I'm fine with either

Karl Hamann

I voted for Beastmaster, due to the cheesiness factor, but, what, exactly, is a "stretch goal"? Does it have anything to do with "masculine enhancement"? Asking for a friend.

Brian E. Lindstrand

All the reason anyone needs: “Marc Singer walks out in a loincloth! What do you say?” “Uhhh…Now I know why the show is called V!”

Patrick Froehling

National Treasure is great, although NO ONE owns that many lemons. But Beastmaster has my vote, and if I get a third shot at this, voting for it again

Chris Bird

gotta go with Beastmaster. firstly, it's peak 1980s Sword & Sorcery cheese. secondly, National Treasure is tepid in terms of Nick Cage's Nick Cageiness. If your going to riff late period Nick Cage go for something truly bonkers like Mandy or Prisoners of the Ghostland, or Between Worlds (maybe not Between Worlds, the rifftrax would just be MKB screaming in abject terror for 90 minutes straight).

Clifford Tunnell

It’s way behind and won’t win but I voted for National Treasure because it’s a fun movie that I’d like an excuse to watch again.

Matt Olfson

Beastmaster, all the way! In fact of the RiffTrax crew could swing it, Beastmaster would be AWESOME for a Live event! Maybe next year??

Zack Parks

Aw, damn. Had high hopes for NATIONAL TREASURE. Breaks my heart.

Jeff

BEASTMASTER, BABY!

Zerocool

Beastmaster FTW!!!
