If that vine survives, he might of just released a vine based apocalypse. Like the Japanese Kudzu currently smothering anything not Japanese Kudzu in the south west U.S.

Without a connection to system energy, wouldn’t he even more obviously be an anomaly and “traitor” (at least in Kaan’s eyes)? I wonder if he and Neveah can maybe create another one that tricks the system into giving him System energy while leaving his physical abilities unrestricted.

I dunno if anyone noticed but there is a number behind Deathwish Path ( Deathwish I )... So I guess either someone else already passed it or it is not the end of the line for the System if you choose that path.

With a path name like "Deathwish", I almost wonder if putting that 1 point into it results in an instakill for the person taking it. Lots of his other single point paths were system traps.

It's actually just some blackberry vines which he tossed after a snack. Blackberry bushes cannot be killed so he's good it won't die.

Nah, they already know he has access to non-system aether since he was inducted to the frontlines as a heretic. Since the physical manifestation construct is mostly a hack-ish way to get people to focus on images, they won’t care as long as they don’t foot the bill.

It has just occurred to me that rand's key is possibly the greatest item ever made by the system. It can make doors between worlds. By extension since it can manipulate space, it should be able to manipulate time. Rand has a key that maybe with some time image work, can allow rand to bridge not only the stars, but time itself. Rand could meet Shal's father. This would be a very complicating thing if employed but, i have faith you could make something amazing from this idea.
