This might be me misremembering things, but does kharon have a village spirit? If not where does the unclassed children get classes? Mabye they just use the service of the nearest village. I'm can't remember if you expanded on the village spritts roll during and after the calamities

He has a small territory coin. It let's him claim an unused part of old earth as his, with a possible bonus. He also has the first nexus key. If he gets a second he can bring a territory. If he gets a third, he can bring a world. (Chapter 934, reward for breaking past legendarywith "All else succumbs, yet time whirls the earth")

Kharon does not have one. People would probably get one from some village first then come to Kharon and if they make it into the Order Ducis then Nathan would fix it for them.
