I don't think randidly is causing harm to him quite yet, yes he is lost in his emotions but he's not hurting Bertram for now. Bertram likely knew what he was getting into, that the spar would be a release

This is excellent. I wqs kind of hoping that Helen's soul would take over the part of his image in yggdrasil that is the horror. That way she could still fight by his side. Their connection seemed tight enough that her soul would have been drawn into his interior system rather than the nexus's.
