Finally done with this version! I just tested it (albeit not very extensively) with the patch that came out June 15 2017, if you find some glitches or whatnot that might be caused by the patch, please let me know. But as far as I can see, everything works perfectly.

So, what is new in v1.06?

Option to Sell Weed through social interaction when Sim is carrying

New Pie Meny category for Selling

Proper object given when selling (no more sponges)

Tooltips on all(!) items

Some drugs back in Buy Mode

New prices for all drugs

MDMA Pills can now be stored in Storage Chests

MDMA Pill Glass can now be stored in Storage Chests

Weed Ziplocks can now be stored in Storage Chests

Speed Package can now be stored in Storage Chests

Cocaine Packages can now be stored in Storage Chests

No more random quality per ziplock bag of speed

To sell weed, make sure your Sim is carrying a ziplock bag of one of the three available weed strains in his or her inventory. Click on the Sim you want to sell to, open the Basemental Drugs menu and click Sell Weed.To buy drugs from your computer, click on the computer, choose the Basemental Drugs menu and select which drugs you want to buy. The drugs will be delivered to your mailbox the day after. (I also added drugs back to the buy menu, even though the vast majority didn't mind it not being there, now you have that option as well).

There are new prices for all the drugs to better reflect what the drugs would cost in the real world, this is subject to some more finetuning in future releases, though. If you buy from the dealer you get slightly better prices than through the computer or through Buy Mode. When you sell weed, you will earn slightly more than what it costs to buy it.

For the Buy Drugs Event, I removed the option to bring guests, as some people found this confusing. I also added Penthouses as possible venues, as this seemed to have caused a glitch for some Sims living in penthouses when trying to do the drug deal at their home. 

Installation Instructions

Remove the previous version of Basemental Drugs from your Mods folder

Download the zip file and extract to your Mods folder

Make sure that "basementalbuydrugsevent.ts4script" and "bmselldrugs.ts4script" is placed directly in your Mods folder (no subfolders)

Make sure Script Mods are enabled in your game settings

OMG this is awesome. I just started a game where my drug dealer brother is pimping out his little sister. And I was thinking, man I wish I had a way to sell the drugs to other sims! I was just going to sell them off to the store.

Okay so my Sim can buy speed and cocaine from the computer and they sell them as a Dealer too?

At the moment, your Sims can only sell Weed. The way the prices are implemented as of right now it doesn't make sense to buy Cocaine from the computer for full price and sell it, just earning a minuscule amount of cash. It will on the other hand be made sellable once I have implemented a way for your Sims to buy it from a "supplier". I reckon this is something I will look more into when I start finishing up on the Drug Dealer career, as I want that career to be a requirement for selling hard drugs. The reason Weed is sellable is that you can grow it and actually make money from it by doing some work, not just buy something quickly from the computer and sell it with a high profit.

Is anyone else having crashing problems? It went great buying the drugs and then after I smoked the purple haze in the bong my game crashed- wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the bong? I use mc command center and UI cheats plus the day walker cheat

Yes I updated I was just letting you know the other mods I use - I just did a new save game and tried with no custom content clothing and it works great so I've got a bad cc so I've been going through today.

Working really good! Suggestion, you should add a "share" option or "give" option to give to friends or partners when at eachother's house :) for free so they can smoke together or whatever

would be nice if for a business aspect .. when strains are developed to not just be sold as smoke ... it would say work great in a dispensary as selling product and also making edibles ... just an idea ... baking and such .. and a hookah lounge sorta of atmosphere ... where you can sit and enjoy the drugs bought..

Really like update, although I'm sad that the new options about how to smoke weed didn't come out witch made me a little sad. Please continue though you have a monthly subscription for the rest of your life from me!

Thanks! It is definitely coming though, but I thought it would be better to give out a new version as soon as I had some cool new features ready instead of having you wait until everything was properly in place. I reckon it is better to have weekly or biweekly updates instead of every four weeks :)

Loving the update except my sims keep dying. I can't mix the MDMA with the purple haze or my sim gets hysterical and dies of laughter. I figured It was her overdosing LOL

I notice when I grow weed and sell it the prices doesnt increase with quality of plant. Is that fix in this update?

Hey! I would love to be able to do that, but at the time of being I can't see how it would be possible due to the game mechanics of harvestable plants. It is purely a case of being restricted by Game Mechanics unfortunately. The main difference between the qualities of the plants are how many buds they yield and how quickly you can harvest.

Hi Sherise. Are you running the game non-pirated with the latest TS4 patch?

That sounds super-weird as those mods should not conflict with one another. Do you have the latest WW mod installed though? Or might that be outdated?

Strange. If it keeps crashing it might be that your computer is slow and both of the mods eat up resources. I am not sure though, I have never heard of anyone having this issue before. I have run both mods on 2 different windows computers and 2 macs, and there are no conflicts between them.

Then we can rule that out as the issue. I know someone solved an issue with the mod by making an override folder, but that was pertaining to a completely different issue, but since I am just doing long shots in the dark here, it might be worth it to give that a try. Glad to hear that it worked out for you! lot CC and clothing CC can definitely be relevant and cause conflicts unfortunately. Enjoy the drugs (and the sex) :D
