Like I mentioned in the previous post, I am bout to go on holiday for a week, so I have been rushing to get at least one update out to you before I leave. I have been working my ass off with the shrooms, and if all goes according to plan I will have it uploaded as soon as I get back from vacation, that is the 1st of June. In the meantime, enjoy these awesome new animations and minor fixes! 

How it works

Straight Edge Trait

The straight edgers bought drinks at bars autonomously (without being able to drink them) that should no longer be the case.

MDMA Dealing

I have gotten so many questions for people that have lost their Pill Presser when moving households that I have lost count. Now that isn't an issue any longer. If you are above level 5 on the MDMA Dealing Skill and you loose your Pill Presser you can buy it for 10 000 Simoleons from the Dark Web.

Animations

Mike24 has really stepped up and provided us with some awesome new animations. He is doing a revamp of several other animations as well, but first in line is a new pill popping and snorting animation. Both of them looks seriously fantastic!

Installation Instructions

Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.

Download Basemental Drugs v1.2.9

Unzip Basemental Drugs v1.2.9

Place the unzipped files in your Mods folder.

Remember to delete your localthumbcache.package

If you experience issues with Buying or Selling - place bothofthefilesdirectly in your Mods folder.

Istill can't get the MDMA pill presser, that's the only the mod works just fine.

You should be able to find it under MDMA Ingredients once you are above level 5 of the MDMA Dealing Skill

Did you delete your localthumbcache.package when updating? I'd try that first and foremost, and if that does not work you could try to ask your CAS assigned NPC Dealer to stop dealing cocaine and then inquire about selling cocaine again straight after to see if that sorts out your problem

I just want to say no matter what I do I can’t get my pill presser . I tryed to buy it earn it I can’t get it either way.

The option to buy isn't coming up. I've maxed their skills, deleted the old files and localthumbcache but still nothing..

Option to buy? You mean sell? Anyway you need to inquire about selling drugs from your npc dealer and not just cheat your way to the max level as that won’t work. The tutorials can be found at the top of this page

Hello ^^ i have some bugs in my game, firstly i can't buy things, only cocaine and mdma, i can't consume cocaine only mdma…, when i talk to my drug dealer i can't buy weed (i don't have it in my inventory) (i can't buy weed seed btw) and i am sure i have more bugs xD ^^ Thx for ur future response have a great day ^^

since downloading this my alcoholic sim still remains uncomfortable even while drunk. Could this be due to the new update? If not do you know a solution

Are you playing on a legit and up to date version of TS4?

They will always have that +1 uncomfortable debuff when they are alcoholics. The additional even stronger negative debuffs will not be present while they are drunk though. This feature has been present pre and post update

Sounds.. legit... Either way, this mod will only work with the latest patches on legit and non-pirated versions of the game.
