Michael Vick is my maybe sole iteration of redemption these past twenty years. Some may never forgive him, and I don't blame them for a second. But you can see what he had to do to pay for his crimes, and everything he did to continue repenting afterwards. It makes you believe that people can call me back from monstrous acts. Most people never will but, to an extent, we have to believe people can atone. Otherwise where can we go?

Since Matt is coming back to do Street Sharks, you guys should see if Woolie will come back for Reboot

Anybody interested in seeing the short Bob talked about, Bosko the Doughboy, it's on Loony Tunes Golden Collection Volume 6.

I’m a couple of years younger than you guys, and I remember seeing a few Herman & Catnip shorts on cheap VHS compilations of public domain cartoons. They weren’t great from what I recall, but I’d rather watch those over any given Bosko cartoon.

*gets throws out of car* duhhhh, stay outta Toon Town!

For a second, I thought Bob was saying the guard on Ride of the Residence ride was literally an Imperial version of the Squeaky Voiced Teen. If that was really the case that would have been a brilliant gag. Too bad it was just crappy casting.

Sad to hear Simpsons won't be on Disney + in the UK at launch. Glad I recently purchased all the remaining dvd sets. That'll tide me over, for now. By the way, streaming rights for The Simpsons have always been weird here in the UK. Most shows shown on Sky or Channel 4 can be watched via their respective on demand services but not The Simpsons (the only exception is the movie). What was even more frustrating was watching Sky's live streaming servce where the channel would display an apology explaining they were unable to show The Simpsons even while it was being broadcast. I'm happy to say that, at least, is no longer an issue but in the future, who knows? Anyway, enjoying the podcast. Keep up the awesome work. ^_^

Great lineup next month for WAC! Looking super forward to the Street Sharks one next week, sounds like it’ll be a jawsomely good episode about a jawsomely bad cartoon. I had a toy of it back as a kid, but mercifully never got to see the show that was selling said toys. Boy, is it sloppy and hilariously dumb

Thank you for the heads up about KaiserBeamz and the “Story of Bosko” video! I always learn about the best YouTube channels from you guys. Finding quality channels about animation history isn’t easy, and this one is so good.

While I won't defend the ZX Spectrum, the Commodore 64 had more than its share of excellent games. Some of us were lucky enough to have both an NES and an 8-bit micro, and you could do a lot worse than the C64. That said the Great Mouse Detective game is garbage. :V

And the also-mentioned Little Mermaid game. I bought it with my birthday money when I turned five, and my dad forced me to return it because “that’s just a bad game” and I cried.

I loved Bosko when I was a kid and was disappointed when Nick dropped him from their Looney Tunes show. They even taunted us Bosko enthusiasts in a commercial spot announcing Bosko had been let go, "Sorry Bosko."
