I also bounced off Mario Golf when the story makes you play XC Golf in the second course. Just let me play normal golf! Also running to your ball in between shots was not a good addition.

Henry, I put that wrestling bait in my comment just for you and you did not disappoint. I'm also relieved that Bob mentioned it in the Jackie Mason talk because I felt bad for thinking he had already died when I heard the news. Maybe it was just too much Simpsons on my brain and I'm now confusing dead characters on the show for their voice actors. Though I'm struggling to think of any reoccurring characters on the show that are dead and have a still living voice actor. Everyone vote for Batman!

I saw a comment on Henry's Twitter recommending the YouTube channel Defunctland if you were disappointed in Disney's behind the attraction stuff, and I must second this! Defunctland and Expedition Theme Park are wonderfully edited, and their research into their subjects rival your own. 👌

Question for Nina (or anyone else who can answer), the title of the Season 2 episode "Burns runs for Mayor!!" but that was the episode he ran for governor. Do you think that was just a translation thing (like the words intercede) or do you think they actually changed it for the episode to actually be mayor? Would that mean that in terms of Japanese Simpsons, Burns ran for the thing that Quimby would eventually be?

I don't know if Tom Cruise and The Rock are a fair comparison. Tom Cruise had a very old school mentality of "I'm a movie star, I star in movies. Either it's a movie where I have top billing or I don't do it". That's why he said no. It's also why his supporting role Tropic Thunder was such a surprise: he never did that. The Rock on the other hand, would star in one of those godawful local car dealership commercials John Oliver showcased if he had one day in his schedule without any work in it and that car dealership had the top bid. He doesn't give a crap and will do anything. Plus I think Denzel Washington is the only other person left who does the proper "movie star" thing. Nobody is beneath anything anymore. A paycheque is a paycheque.
