Post-Session Report (Patreon)
Content
Guys, there are very few things better for these modules than the weekend sessions I get to run. I was able to test a bunch of things during the game. At first I ran into an issue with Narrator Jukebox. The songs players were suggesting weren’t being accepted or played for them, but I asked for a one-hour break and, since I already knew what the problem was, I managed to fix it. I fixed it in both Narrator Jukebox and Exalted Scenes, and after that the music players added in-game worked perfectly. My players added a bunch of tracks, played a bunch of tracks, and it all flowed really well during the session. Other than that, I noticed a few issues in Your Flavor that I’d like to fix. I also want to speed up a few things in Exalted Scenes, because I’m in a pretty complex scene right now and I’m going to have seven characters showing up in scenes for a while. So I want to add a way to build presets for the module, so I can instantly load those seven characters in a layout I’ve already prepared and tuned to look good. And for SessionFlow, I want to make a really exciting update, because I had an idea for a huge feature I want to implement before my own next session: SessionFlow for players. A fast, simple way for players to have their own panel, with widgets that actually make sense for them. I want to create/enable a set of widgets specifically for players, like a quick way for them to open their sheet, send an image, check the time of day, and so on. All of that working in sync with what the GMs decide. I’m going to start mapping out what I want in this player version of the module. Stay tuned! That’s it, folks! I’m going to rest today. Tomorrow I’ll do some offline work, and early next week I want to bring you an update touching all the modules I mentioned. After that, I’ll probably spend a while focused only on MapForge!
