Hello everyone!
I'm excited to share a major "Quality of Life" update for Narrator Jukebox. Version 3.1.4 is now live, focusing on smoother audio transitions and powerful new ways to organize your tabletop soundtrack.
Seamless Audio Experience
Equal-Power Crossfades: I've replaced linear fades with sine/cosine curves to eliminate volume dips during transitions, ensuring a professional, constant sound level.
Custom Fade Duration: You can now configure crossfade timing (0–5000ms) in the module settings to fit your personal GMing style.
Per-Track Looping: You can now toggle a loop for individual tracks. This allows for cool setups, like playing a unique intro track once and then having the ambient background loop indefinitely.
Advanced Organization
New Folder System: You can now organize your Music, Ambience, and Soundboard libraries into color-coded, collapsible folders with 24 different RPG-themed icons.
Bulk Actions: Managing large libraries is now much faster. Use the new multi-select toolbar to Add/Remove tags or Delete multiple tracks across all libraries at once.
Soundboard Layouts: Choose between Small, Medium, or Large card sizes. The Large layout features 50% opacity thumbnails, making it much easier to identify sounds visually during a session.
GM Tools & Fixes
Hide from Players: Want to play a specific track without spoiling the surprise? Use the new "eye" icon to hide the track name and thumbnail from your players' view.
Playlist Context Menu: with the modern aesthetic of the Jukebox interface.
Bug Squashing: This update fixes several layout shifts, handles player-side reconnection issues, and ensures GM-only buttons render correctly.
Thank you all for supporting my work and helping me make the best audio tools for Foundry VTT!
Happy gaming and stay tuned!
