First time subscriber here. Do we get pre-supported model at any point or do we just have to do supports ourselves?

The pre-support used by ESM is only to ensure that there is no problem with the tenon joint. Support points and hole positions are not optimized. For fear of misleading subscribers, this part of the content is temporarily not available.
