And so the flesh fair ends with quite a few pounds of flesh being taken. I suppose that the way things ended up going was natural seeing how the slave masters were outnumbered by the dozen. The whole deadman's switch definitely was a nasty surprise but are the very least the crew made out of all right. Jarx also ended up better than he started because not only does he have his love back but he also picked up quite a few women who recognized that they have a chance at something better even if it's not glamorous and they can also recognize that he is someone worth following. The twins don't really get much of a mansion after the fight which they couldn't win before Bellona stepped forward. Seems like they couldn't get their vengeance and I am curious to see how that affects them moving forward. Zasha was the highlight of the chapter because of how strong of an impression she made as well as her views and actions were going the slaves she has. But one thing I can't deny is that in a world like this, loyalty really is the most important thing. She also has proven to be quite intelligent by the way she recognizes the chance that this slaves will revolt as well as the fact that she had a way out which while dangerous, still presented an escape from a certain doom. She ends up taking care of some of the escaped slavers and also manages to get a very notable addition. I have to say that her introduction certainly made her out to be a queen-like figure and it seems like this is going to be her role in some way, shape or form. Not sure what else is coming next but I Will keep an eye out on what our heroes have in store.

Look at Detroit now. No reason not to blow it up.

It's not just that city that got blown up. Every city got blown up. It just so happens that the story steered me to Detroit first, mainly due to where I set things geographically. Some cities are still i ruins, just FYI.
