I love this story, but I am starting to feel like the main story is getting strung out. I agree world building is good but we are a long way in and we haven’t made it back to the ship yet. Maybe it’s just me but the nature of stories here makes it hard on readers when you start adding a lot of characters and a lot of side threads. This isn’t a book I’m reading in a short time span, there are large gaps in time so it becomes harder and harder to remember the more threads get added without resolution, so still needing to go back to prior ones. This is still my favorite though.

all this jumping all over the place is making me lose interest in this story....... I have a question for you. do you have ADHD? Too many Characters are making it too hard to follow...... and they were not in the story long enough to remember.... I am not sure I will keep paying for something that is moving to far from the original story. too bad...... so sad....

I understand that the current arc isn’t landing for you. Project Prometheus is designed as a long-form ensemble story, and introducing future core characters before they converge is an intentional structural choice. That said, if this direction isn’t for you, I understand and wish you well. Personal remarks about neurodivergence aren’t appropriate, and I won’t engage on that level.

With the time gap between chapters have you considered including a character glossary? Don’t get me wrong you are putting out chapters fast, so by time gap I just mean we aren’t sitting and reading the whole thing over the course of a few days or a week.

I do enjoy seeing what happened with the confederacy characters. This chapter did feel a little short to me but I also read fast so that might be why. I have a feeling/assumption that they are going to meet a certain crew to help with the encryption. That being said I think adding a character reintroduction summary at the beginning in the chapters might help due to the fact that you are making an epic at this point and the wait in between the chapters are differing in length. As inpatient as I am to see the original crew return to the ship I'm still ok with the pace because in my head Canon I believe a lot of these characters will be joining the original in some form or another within the organization they are building. Also reminds me of mass effect. Pay no mind to those who can't offer constructive criticism and only negative statements. That being said I enjoyed the chapter even if it felt a little short and humbly request SFW art of the species in the universe like I saw in tales of the wastelander.
