Mid month update! (Patreon)

Well, this was unexpected! Two updates in one month is a little crazy, but hey, I like to keep my patrons informed of the goings on of my work. With that said, let's get into it!

First of all, I wanted to keep everyone apprised of the updated chapters that I've finished. As of this moment, the entirety of both Tales of the Wastelander and Gaia's Champion has been fully updated to my modern writing standards! On top of which, both stories now have full ePub files available on each chapter now, along with the usual PDFs! Project Prometheus has made some progress, up to chapter 8 at the moment, but more updated chapters will be on the way soon! It took some doing to get all this work done and I hope everyone here appreciates it!

The second thing is concerning the artists I had hoped to commission. One of the negotiations broke down, as the bugger tried to charge me more than what he was advertising. On top of which, he was offering less than what he advertised and I don't know about you lot, but that's just a low blow. I am trying to narrow down my focus to the ones I like, but many of the artists I want to commission charge way too much. I'm all for paying someone what they're worth, but when you charge more than what a PS5 or Xbox Series X costs, just for the digital files, then I see that as a touch too much.

I am still in talks with a few of them though and am just trying to see which one I will select. The artwork I want to see done of my stories is of high quality and I want to be able give everyone a proper glimpse of these characters that I see in my head. I don't want to pick someone who will deliver a piece of chicken scratch that my own teenager could do better, blindfolded. Well, I guess this sort of thing comes with the territory, so the only direction to go, is onward.
