April Update! (Patreon)
Content
Good day, everyone! I hope you are doing well during these troubling times, which will hopefully get better. There are already signs of this happening, with regular folks in my country receiving the vaccine, which will hopefully dull the edge of this third wave! That being said, there is much to discuss in this update, so let's get into it!
First of all, I just want to let people know that I'm doing well, healthy and hale as usual! My ankle, which I rolled some weeks ago, is back to normal, for the most part, and that I'm taking care to not reinjure it! Been doing a lot to catch up on missed sleep as well, as I've been burning the candle at both ends more than I should. Rest assured, the wife is kicking my ass on getting enough sleep, so I'm getting back to 100%!
Next, I wanted to bring up the bit about the delayed chapters. They are on the way and hopefully, this month is where I'll pull it back together and be back on the schedule I set for myself. I know there are fans out there who are all, *imitates menacing Zoidberg voice* 'More, more, MORE!!!' I know what you mean and how you feel! I'm the same way when I'm waiting for new books or chapters of stories that I read! I'm asking for a wee bit of patience, please. The story chapters are coming and I'm doing what I can amongst the myriad of obligations I have.
I also wanted to bring up the artwork that is coming for the stories that I write. It is on the way, but like my story chapters, it has been delayed. The artist I commissioned has got some health related issues that require surgery. Nothing serious, but enough to where my commissioned piece has been pushed back to this month. It will be arriving, but only once she gets back from surgery and is well enough to resume work. Who or what is the commissioned piece of? Well, as I am fond of saying, SPOILERS!!!
That should about wrap up things concerning the goings on of what I'm up to and what's been happening behind the scenes. Here's to hoping that soon, I see a surge of new patrons showing up to support me here. Enough to where I can walk into my place of work with my resignation letter in hand, so I can take up writing full time! Hope you are all doing well and rest assured, more is coming. So, it's time to get to work! Cheers!
