(I wanted to share an update on how commission slots will work going forward, along with some context on why.)

For reference, the average rate for a custom 3D animated commission typically runs $100-$350+ per finished second, or roughly $3,000-$20,000+ per finished minute, depending on quality and complexity. [https://vidico.com/news/how-much-does-animation-cost/]

Through just the GOD tier ($8/month), you get your own weekly commission requests (video or art gallery) on a first-come, first-served rotation. I want to keep that accessible and sustainable for as long as possible, which means being realistic about scope & scale.

To put my workload in perspective: my larger 30-40 minute videos take about a month to complete. On a strong week, releasing several 8-10 Minute shorts can add up to roughly that same amount of work, compressed into a matter of days.
I take real pride in keeping that pace, but I'm one person, and I want to keep this flow sustainable rather than risk burning out or needing a break down the line.

To help with that, here's how commission requests will be scaled moving forward.

✅Fits a standard weekly slot:

• Solo scene, up to 3 Positions

• 2 characters, up to 3 positions

• 3 characters, up to 2 positions

• Including dialogue or a short story if wanted/needed

• 1 location

❌Doesn't fit a standard weekly slot:

• Larger group scenes (4+ characters)

• Many different positions (4+ sex positions)

• Multiple scene settings or location changes

• Multi-scene plots spanning several in-story days
  

🚫(ALL COMMISSIONS WILL BE 10 MINUTES OR LESS)🚫

Requests in the (❌) category take significantly more time, and accepting them as-is would come at the cost of my own and others' weekly requests.
Instead of turning these away outright, I'll reach out to see if the idea can be scaled down, or suggest making it an episodic approach.

📅Shorts per week:

• 2 if both requests are standard.

• 1 if the request is a big task.

(Shorts will remain first-come, first-served, but I'll confirm each one only after reviewing scope, so there are no surprises once work has started.)

🫶 I'm grateful for all of your support and creativity in these requests, it genuinely shapes a lot of what I make. This isn't about limiting that imagination, just about making sure I can keep creating art consistently, week after week, without it costing me my health or my passion for this.

✅ Fits a weekly slot: 1 character up to 3 positions | 2 characters up to 3 positions | 3 characters up to 2 positions | with/out dialogue-story.

❌ Doesn't fit: 4+ characters / 4+ positions / multiple settings / multi-scene plots across several in-story days

📅Shorts: 2/week if standard scope, 1/week if more involved. Big ideas aren't rejected, just scaled down or made into episodes.
