She might very well be. And she is responsible but she is not to blame however. There is a fine distinction thre. They did what had to be done it just didn’t work out the way they had hoped and cost them dearly. It’s important to remember that it’s still Ranach who is to blame, he and him alone. Even Avanti isn’t to blame she is just a tool. I do wonder if there is a way to break the curse still.
