S3 is confirmed. Btw, my theory for one of the reasons Sylphie went along with this is that , as you saw, rudeus may very well have to be on adventures. Sylphie mostly wants to stay mom with the family. So I think she likes the idea of him having an adventure partner to support him when she can't. It's not like they have phones and Internet to keep close. Better he get comfort with Roxy then random woman, or even worse he breaks down without help.

In season 1, one of the episodes when Roxy was talking with Elinalise after she just smashed a bunch of men, Roxy outlined her ideal love/partner scenario taking place in a labyrinth, it was pretty much the exact scenario in which Rudy saved her from.
