Kitsune in Teyvat Chapter 30 (Patreon)

Eula was a rather clingy drunk, rather surprisingly... Well, actually, Eula as a drunk was a 'story' in of itself, honestly.
First, she started off very emotional, with wild mood swings based on the topic we were attempting to talk about. Then her emotions got heavier, and normally she got mopey to say the least.
Then, when she got dead drunk, she got clingy as her blood alcohol level got well past the double-digit level.
Funny thing about being a kitsune. Although I could also get blasted drunk and I did in the safety of Diluc's bar with the man himself working his bar today.
My supernatural constitution allowed me to recall the nonsense I got up to while drunk with 'perfect' clarity... Unfortunately.
And said recall was filled with both of us quietly complaining about how on Eula was looked down and hated in some cases due to her family lineage of evil oppressors back in the old days.
On my end, I was complaining about being a ragged homeless kitsune who was being tracked across the damned world by the Fatui.
Although Eula had the Knights of Favonius to fall back on as a new sort of home. I myself was truly homeless because I was just squatting behind the powerful wards of Mona in her home.
So in our depression and drunken laziness, we just sorta fell asleep against one another.
Eula in my lap as I rested my chin on her shoulders, and my arms wrapped around her. Her fat ass softly plush against my waist as we leaned against a wall in the corner of the bar in a booth.
And Eula herself was greedily holding all nine of my tails around her in a bundle that she hugged like a fuzzy blanket bundle.
'The sex' didn't happen for a variety of reasons... Neither of us had our own homes as Eula normally slept in the Knights of Favonius dorms, and even in my drunk state. I knew that pulling Eula across the city while we were blasted to my own home was stupid.
'Though there was also the simple fact that Eula didn't want to fuck me... At least yet.' I mused tiredly as I looked around the dark bar with my form shifting a bit with Eula grumbling as she tightened her arms around my tails.
Then a tired voice reached my kitsune ears that made me twitch. "You are awake? Good, wash your face to wake yourself up and get going."
I looked over and saw the tired appearance of Diluc himself, but that wasn't all.
Leaning against the bar table was the large Wolf Gravestone Greatstone with its glowing crimson blades alight with power... But also, I could see that in the black sections of the blade there was red speckles of blood that hadn't dried yet.
I gently extracted myself from Eula, and Diluc said quietly as I approached. "I do not know what you did to get the Fatui so worked up. But the moment you came into Monstadt, those assassins have been trying to get at you."
My expression soured as I had hoped that in fleeing to Mondstadt, I would leave the gaze of the Fatui. Especially after my... Massive fucking mess of Shenhe 'falling in love' with me and the Fatui and Liyue immortals throwing hands as I fled.
Fled the crazy Shenhe's forceful marriage, and of course the Fatui Harbinger's that were on my apparently too perfect tails, obviously.
I sighed as I gave Eula a look to the side and said softly. "Just make sure she gets home safe... Thank you for letting me have a couple of weeks of peace Diluc. I appreciate it."
Diluc merely nodded and said calmly but coolly. "Don't take my actions to much. I didn't do it especially for yourself as you can apparently handle yourself. But when the Fatui happily throw themselves onto my blade, who am I deny them?"
Then his face darkened, and he said with ice. "But I can't give the Fatui true reason to hurt Mondstadt... I am not one of the fools within the Knights of Favonius, but even I know their limits."
I sighed helplessly before I reached into my spatial pouch, all vision weilders had to take out two bags filled with Mora that I dropped onto the counter. "This is for my drinks and to make a tab for Eula. She had a good ear for me."
Then I stretched a bit as I just knew... I knew that going where I was going to go next was going to be dangerous.
"Then this other bag?" Diluc said raising an eyebrow.
I chuckled, and with my tail twitching with my own amusement, I said. "Keep it as a tab for Mona... She can use the money only for drinks and buying food. After all she has no money management skills."
The least I could do for the astrologist who took in this homeless kitsune and protected him behind scary as hell wards was pay for a couple months of groceries. It's not like I worked for my money after all. I robbed it from the fatui to begin with!
So with that, I cast an illusion spell onto myself to disguise my tails and hide my appearance generally before I left the Angel's Share bar.
But as I left the bar, I could see across the street, standing atop of the roof of another building was three fatui assassins with their glowing eye's staring at me.
Clearly waiting for me.
"Well... Time for the long walk home. Let's see if Ei has managed to get a way out of this damned world. Or I may just need to try to leave on my own." I muttered.
Hell, maybe if I was 'lucky' I would leave the world and land in Honkai Impact 3rd the land of lesbians. Or if I were even 'unluckier' I would land in Honkai Star Rail.
But hell, if I landed in Star Rail. I would have a home with the Foxians in the Xianzhou.
'Still, all these thoughts rely on me actually getting to Inazuma alive.' I thought helplessly as I had zero doubts a Fatui Harbinger wasn't in the area looking for my ass.
As I had absorbed two gnosis, which was something the Fatui NEEDED for whatever plans they had.
